"And now the Elohim send legions of reinforcements to replace the angels of the ruby ray summoned by Chamuel and Charity. There is a formal changing of the guard. And now we behold their ranks. They are indeed awesome. In the name and honor of their hierarchs, they stand at attention and, upon command, they assume their posts.

"Now we, Heros and Amora, Elohim of the Third Ray, strategically place thousands of bricks throughout the earth, layering them as we embed them in the earth.

"Our angels will repair the faults in the etheric sheath, and as you intensify your violet-flame rituals they will repair the faults in the earth. And you shall see the curtailment of the power of those who have persecuted the body of God in the earth. Ratify this prophecy by your calls, and it shall swiftly come to pass!

"Receive, then, the blessing of Elohim of the Third Ray and carry our love to a world that with the dawn of each new day is waiting not only for our love but for your love.

"In the peace of the victory of this day, I say:

"Keep the heart’s vigil on behalf of all who are engaged in serious battles with the fallen angels.

"Remember Chechnya! Remember Chechnya! *

"By the cosmic cross of white fire and by Mighty Cosmos’ secret rays, be sealed in the armour of the warriors of the Spirit.

"Take heed! Do not allow chinks to remain in your armour for a day or an hour. For you will be vulnerable so long as you allow those chinks to remain."

Update on Chechnya:

Chechnya, an oil-rich, primarily Muslim republic of about one million located in the Caucasus Mountains, declared its independence from the Russian Federation in 1991. Since then Russia has supplied and funded loyalists who want to return the region to Russian control. In December 1994, Russian president Boris Yeltsin ordered 40,000 troops into Chechnya to subdue it.

They destroyed most of the capital city, Grozny. Chechen freedom fighters and thousands of civilians fled into the Caucasus Mountains. In June 1995, Chechens retaliated by raiding Budyonnovsk in southern Russia, seizing a hospital and taking about 2,000 hostages. Russian troops countered by attacking the hospital. In all, about 120 were killed. In January 1996, Chechen fighters seized another hospital and took hostages, this time in the neighboring Russian republic of Dagestan.

A standoff ensued between Chechen and Russian troops at the village of Pervomayskaya, just short of the Chechen border. Yeltsin ordered Russian troops to attack the town. At first the stated goal was to free the hostages, but after some days the troops obliterated the town in order to defeat the 150 to 250 Chechens who were holed up with 70 to 120 hostages. After repeated vicious attacks, the fighting in Pervomayskaya ended on January 18.

Russian officials have issued conflicting accounts about the fate of the Chechen fighters and their hostages. In a related event, on January 16, another group of Chechens captured a Black Sea passenger ferry with nearly 200 people on board and threatened to blow it up unless the Russians stopped the battle at Pervomayskaya.

Those holding the ferry surrendered on January 19, releasing all hostages. To date, the fighting over Chechnya’s independence has left an estimated 20,000 to 30,000 Chechens dead and several hundred thousand homeless. A far smaller number of Russians have also been killed or left homeless.

"The fire of the Sun will consume all reprobate ones who have not given allegiance to the Inner Christ and the Son of God sent by the Father-Mother God for the redemption of all souls.

" . . . I charge you not to get caught up in mundane matters, for very soon you will feel burdened in body and soul. Take hold! take hold! take hold of your beings and understand that you are the sons of Sparta come again! You stood and still stand as guardians of the pass at Thermopylae! Hold the fort and give the fiat: In the name of the Mighty I AM Presence, we will not turn over our planet to the fallen angels!

" . . . Do not give up the territory of this planet to those dark and evil ones who continue the slaughter, continue the slaughter, continue the slaughter. Do not surrender the planet into the hands of those spineless ones in the governments of the nations who do not step in and defend innocent souls who are being slaughtered nation by nation by nation even by their own governments, as in Chechnya!

" . . . Beloved ones, we wish harm to no one, not even to those who are evildoers. Your calls to God for the restraining of fallen angels are legitimate before the Court of the Sacred Fire and the Four and Twenty Elders. For as a result of your calls these individuals stand trial before the Court and are stripped of the Light of God that they have stolen from his children and then used against them, confining them in concentration camps * and torturing and murdering them.

"Do you understand that the judgment is for the stripping of evildoers of their evil momentums? Yet they have free will. And they have the opportunity, until their time is up, to turn around and face the Light and accept the calling of Almighty God. Nevertheless, many blaspheme God unto their very last breath.

"Beloved ones, it is up to you, the sons and daughters of God, to call upon us, the Archangels and legions of Light, to step in, in the name I AM THAT I AM, and bind these fallen angels incarnate when the heads of state of nations refuse to send their armies against these murderers who murder again and again and again!

"And how many years have we continued to see the war in Bosnia, in the former Yugoslavia, and town after town, village after village destroyed?

"Blessed ones, as Saint Germain has said, those who see the genocide and do nothing will not be without culpability. See to it that you do something rather than nothing. See to it that you go to the altar of God and call for the judgment of those who commit genocide. And pray for the complete alteration, by way of violet flame transmutation, of the planetary consciousness.

"The consciousness of planet earth must change! And you are torchbearers! The sacred fire is rising in you now through the ministrations of your Holy Christ Self. Experience this moment and retain it!

"And remember that the Faithful and True, who appears in Revelation, is the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ (overshadowed by Maitreya, Gautama and Sanat Kumara). You can march with him and his armies of Light, and the Light will perform its work through you.

"You may lawfully pronounce the judgment of the fallen angels and call to the Archangels to present them in chains in the judgment hall at the Court of the Sacred Fire on Sirius to hear the sentence of Divine Justice that is meet. Understand that Divine Justice is always measured out on behalf of both the least and the greatest, the purest and the most impure of beings.

"The Archangels respond to your commands according to the consistency and the intensity of your decrees. Thus know that you have nothing to fear when you regularly call for the binding of the massive dwellers-on-the-threshold of evildoers—even those who have amassed such power that few would dare to strip them of that power."

Note:

Executions, torture, castration and rape have been commonplace at concentration camps in Serb-controlled parts of Bosnia. More than ten thousand Muslims and Croats were imprisoned by the Serbs at the Omarska camp. The United Nations has established the Yugoslav War Crimes Tribunal to try individuals suspected of crimes against humanity in the Bosnian war. It is the first international war crimes tribunal since the trials that followed World War II.

Thus far, 22 Serbs have been indicted by the court, including Bosnian Serb President Radovan Karadzic and military commander General Ratko Mladic. But only one of the suspected war criminals, Dusan Tadic, is in custody. The 21 others remain in Bosnia, out of legal reach of the court.

" . . . There is deep turmoil in the earth. And elemental life is burdened by the weight of planetary effluvia, as you have been told on many an occasion. We look, then, at your efforts to mitigate world karma. We look at earth’s timetable. We look at the judgments being handed down by Almighty God. And we acknowledge the labors of many in the earth who work night and day to further the upliftment of humanity—whether through saving the children, the youth, the schools, the nations, the governments and the economies, whether through healing all manner of diseases, whether through working to transmute the karma being delivered by the Four Horsemen in the form of the calamities that have been prophesied and that are coming to pass day by day.

" . . . You know that the seven years that will ensue from April 23 will bring us to the conclusion of the Piscean age and to the conclusion of the descent of a great, great karma—25,800 years’ worth of karma, to be exact. However, if the karma of the last 25,800 years has not been balanced by April 23, 2002, it will spill over into the Aquarian age, marring its inception.

"Yours is the challenge, as has been so stated, to see to it that that karma of planet earth is consumed, to see to it that you invoke the violet flame throughout the earth to build that wall of the violet flame sea that will be greater than, more powerful than, all the residual karma that must be consumed.

" . . . See to it that you make tremendously powerful calls, even stopping midpoint in the 144 to make calls again. See to it that you follow carefully what is happening in the weather and with the elementals of fire, air, water and earth, what is happening in the cities, in the governments, what is happening amongst the insane leaders who would destroy the nations and who have made it their business to gather insane people around them, whether in China or Japan or the United States or any other nation.

"There is indeed an insanity in the mentality of many on earth. And that insanity comes not only from pride but also from deadly viruses infecting the brains and the minds of the people. Some who control governments and peoples are simply raving maniacs. And therefore there is war and starvation. And there is the exoneration of those who ought to have long ago been put behind bars or put to death—those who have perpetrated or allowed the slaughter of the helpless in Bosnia, in Rwanda, in Chechnya and in the labor camps of China.

" . . . These are difficult times, but they are not too difficult for the Keepers of the Flame of Saint Germain! All elemental life have respect for you, beloved. And they bow to the heart flame of each and every one of you, unto the littlest child. All of the angels of God defer to you because you are mighty warriors and conquerors. They honor your decrees because they see that God honors your decrees."

"What are the portents, beloved?

"Those of you who have long been with me and who have studied at my retreat understand the portents. What we view as a most difficult task indeed is dealing with those who have risen to positions of leadership in the governments of nations, in the military establishments of nations who are not qualified to do their jobs.

"Are you not almost incredulous when you think that in this day and age there could yet be an attack on a population of innocent civilians such as the one Boris Yeltsin launched in Chechnya? Can you believe it, beloved—brother killing brother at the orders of the state? How can Yeltsin show his face? It is difficult for the world to understand.

"Do you scratch your head and say, “We are moving into the next century and yet war goes on and on and on”? It is, indeed, tragic.

" . . . know that there is great concern in the retreats of the Brotherhood regarding the future of this civilization. For those who have the Light and are of the Light are most often not in positions of power.

"Therefore, what do you do?

"You do what you have always done: you run to the altar of God, you give your invocations, you call to the Seven Archangels and the Holy Kumaras each hour and ask for dispensations for the binding of the forces of Evil in the earth that the children of Light might go free.

"When you are frustrated, when you wonder what to do, you must always come back to the altar. For the altar of God, beloved, is the place where the all-power of God is focused. As you know, the large crystal on the altar is the chalice for the flame of the ark of the covenant. And in that crystal chalice and above on the etheric plane, there is the presence of the Maxin Light that once burned on Atlantis but was extinguished during her decline.

"So, beloved, there is no place you can go that is more powerful than your altar. We have created the portable altar for you so you can fold it up, put it in your backpack, be on your way and then set it up at your destination. Wherever you are, you can establish your own forcefield, even if you have but a small crystal as the chalice for the flame. Wherever you go, you can raise up an altar to God, Yahweh, as did Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and the children of Israel in their wilderness wanderings. Yes, beloved hearts, this is the way.

"There is an inner altar of the heart and there is an outer altar where you offer your devotions, which you can set up anytime, anywhere. Teach this to your children. Teach your children, beloved, that the altar is the place where God and man meet through the flame of the ark of the covenant. I ask you to go to the altar frequently and to tend the flame on the altar of your heart, for this practice will result in mighty changes in the earth.

"Think you that you have not had a hand in world transmutation and in the major changes for the better that have recently taken place? Indeed you have! Wondrous things have come to pass in the earth even while the dark doings of men continue.

"I announce to you on behalf of the entire Darjeeling Council of the Great White Brotherhood that the Keepers of the Flame of planet earth have made a major difference thus far. And I, El Morya, am counting on you to multiply and multiply again the giving of your violet flame decrees daily and not merely at our services on Saturday night.

"The violet flame is the “elixir” for the transmutation of world karma. When you are instruments for the transmutation of world karma, you are surely transmuting your own karma while you earn your stripes and secure your opportunity to attain union with God in this life. I say it now and I say it again: the intensity of your violet flame decrees is lifting untold burdens from within your psyche and the psyche of the planet.

"Keep it up, beloved! You are winning. And I give you the vision of your winning. I am telling you that since our call to you last October, you have established focuses of the violet flame in many nations around the world. And as the violet flame begins to turn in an upward spiraling action, there is the sound of the Seventh Ray, there is the inner music of the spheres and there is, as it were, a leaven in the earth. And the leaven in the earth is the violet flame you bear in your heart.

"See to it, then, that you invoke your violet fire and your tube of light, using the decree Saint Germain gave you. I ask you to invoke the violet flame twenty minutes a day without fail, beloved, for you will see new levels of transmutation, new doors of opportunity opening. For Saint Germain and Portia will be able to deliver to you all that you have given in your violet flame decrees, multiplied many tens of thousands of times over.

"This is the word of God in this moment. You are at the midpoint of the decade. The hour of the telling approaches when many of the prophecies of Revelation shall come to pass. The coming five years will intensify both Light and Darkness through the presence of the Five Dhyani Buddhas. Therefore, give their mantras. Enter in to the fiery coil of their beings! Seek their assistance as you pursue your ascension with a holy zeal. Seek your Buddhahood zealously, for you can have it.

"And it is Padma Sambhava who has assisted Saint Germain in delivering the violet flame to the age. And we have already discussed how the clergy have not allowed the people to invoke the violet flame (which is the flame of the Holy Spirit) in the churches.

"I say, open the doors of your heart and the pores of your body and let the violet flame enter in! And do not so quickly accept the verdicts that are given to you by the physicians of the world. For the Good Physician, your Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, is with you, and your Christ Self overshadows you. And some of you, though not that many of you—but enough of you to make it worthy of note
—have actually achieved the bonding to your Holy Christ Self in this year, after working toward that goal for many years.

"This is the blessed estate to which you aspire. For you know that it is written “The soul that sinneth, it shall die.” Therefore, the only way for your soul to attain eternal life is for her to merge with, to fuse with, her Holy Christ Self, who is truly her own Higher Self.

" . . . I AM Morya, ever at your call. Call to me. Offer me your heart in my blue-flame decrees. I will return to you the exact portion you have given multiplied by the power of ten. I will see you Tuesdays, morning, noon and night, in the court—the court of King Arthur and his knights and ladies of the Flame.
