" . . . We have seen the shadow of coming events in various parts of the world, as you have also seen this shadow. In the case of the visit to the United States of the head of Red China and his presence here in this hour, in the attempt by this government to keep China as friend and therefore to encourage and sign pacts of trade, we see the same danger in the building of Red China as was the case early in this century in the building of the Soviet Union—the same psychology, the same political view, and that is: rather than remain enemies, it is better to remain friends; rather than to have extremism and a harsh regime, to encourage moderation.

"Although the facts are known there seems to be a certain political naivete regarding the base elements and tenets of World Communism. Thus, I, your Guru El Morya, on behalf of the Darjeeling Council and Kuan Yin who represents the Karmic Board at this (Summit University) quarter, do address you concerning the worldwide problem of Communism and the inability of Western nations, powers and groups to effectively combat this force and this cancer.

"I tell you therefore that the fundamental reason Kuan Yin is with you in this hour is to direct a spearhead of angels, legions of light and saints in the etheric octave who have been slain for the blood of the Lamb in the name of World Communism. This spearheading is a frontal and all-out attack by the science of the spoken Word and the sign of the solar ring on the malignant force in the Earth that does threaten to swallow up the very flame and flower of freedom.

Thus you understand somewhat the forces of prophecy and realize that an amalgamation of Red China and the Arab nations against Europe is not out of the question and can be seen as a serious consideration by the powers of darkness."

And those who are separating themselves for other preparations or the accumulation of wealth must realize that many souls now in the higher octaves as well as many of you in embodiment who were there in those hours when the millions were brutally murdered by the Red Chinese or the Soviets in Eastern Europe, in Russia, and in Poland—those individuals who lost their lives were obviously at the wrong place at the wrong time.

"They trusted. They thought and thought again and could not believe that such a thing could happen. There was opportunity for some to escape, but they could not believe that such a calamity could happen. And therefore, in the hour of maximum danger, when souls ought to have been prepared and borne to safety, there was more of a preoccupation with those things that would no longer matter; for there comes a time in life when the only thing that matters is life itself and its preservation in the physical octave."

How to deal with Armageddon


"We are in a war. I did not invent the war. The war is the battle of Armageddon. It is prophesied. Every one of you was told about it when you went before the Lords of Karma, before coming into embodiment. Now it is very difficult to keep the momentum of a consciousness that we are in a battle for forty or fifty or sixty or eighty years. It is very difficult. That does not mean that it cannot be done, and that does not mean that it must not be done. The fact is—it must be done!

"Now this is a battle. I am not allowed to forget it. I was never allowed to forget it, not in this whole lifetime, not the whole time I was married to Mark Prophet, not night or day, sickness or health, pregnancies or deliveries. There's not a moment when you can be off guard and slack in your vigil.

"This is not a once-a-week church. And every twenty-four hours we have to have this release and this communion. It will not work any other way. And this is a very, very heavy battle. And the outcome of the battle is going to be determined by whether or not enough people on the planet accept the light and the teaching to preserve civilization the way it is. And if enough people do not accept it, then you have the judgment that descends and the people are judged for believing the lie.

"And the lies being told by the press are horrendous lies. And they have resulted in the fall of kingdoms, in the crucifixion of Jesus Chris, in the murder of Mark Prophet embodied recently in this century and before, as well as our own. And do not think that your heads were spared. You simply happen to be a little bit less notorious or famous as the case may be, and a little bit more anonymous than we have been. But all of you have been through this. All of you are a part of the unending battle, so why do you want to escape the battle? There is no running from the battle. You cannot go anywhere. I've tried it.

"You can't go into the mountains; you can't go to the seashore. There's nowhere that you can go and escape the battle. So that means you have to meet it head on, and that means you have to realize you can never meet the battle alone. And we have group Astrea sessions because we need the group dynamics. Who is 'we?' You need it. The community needs it. The ascended masters need it."

"It does not matter what the numbers, beloved. We will go to the ends of the earth to bring one soul of Light to this altar of God. And that one soul of Light may himself be a potential avatar.

"Yes, beloved, the white fire of the Great Central Sun of Alpha and Omega be upon you and in you and through you in this hour. For in three short days, having twice given the call to Astrea 144 times, you have been the instruments of tremendous change! This is a magnificent accomplishment."

Blessed ones, understand that this is for your ultimate protection, and we have explained to you that the initiations of the five secret rays, which have succeeded those of the seven, are most difficult. For here is the place of the violation of the heart. "I speak not necessarily at all of nuclear war. I speak of those skirmishes where the fallen ones come to destroy a single living soul, a potential God, one necessary to the mandala of Light. Blessed hearts, these encounters are sprung precisely when the victims are unawares, and this unawareness is also calculated-as they do inundate you with all types of rays and forces of manifestation-subtly to put you to sleep and cause you to be not centered in the heart of Alpha and Omega."

The challenge of the times has been, Should the ascended masters have interfered with the manifestation of such inventions? Should we have caused mankind to remain in ignorance of such destruction? And did the Deity do wrong to permit mankind to have the use of such destructive instruments?

"As you ponder this question, realize, beloved ones, that we acted as long as the Great Law would permit us to act and deliberately kept the mankind of earth from having these weapons of destruction when they were still more warlike, more cruel, more barbaric, and less illumined than they are today.

"However, the inevitability of human discovery and the spirit of man—the quest for knowledge, the quest and search for progress—brought about the unfoldment of these scientific advances. And so not only gunpowder, but in your age the release of the atomic bomb has been brought to mankind, threatening the destruction of the now-known earth. For with the advent of atomic energy and the building of the hydrogen bomb and that bomb which is yet held in abeyance, the cobalt bomb, the mankind of earth have reached new heights of destructive possibilities.

" . . . I can well understand and sympathize with those who desire to bring about peace. As patriots know, peace cannot be at any price, and so bloodshed ensued in the separation of this land of America from England. And many other wars have been fought in the name of freedom. The time has come, however, to put an end to all strife. It is here now. The destructive possibilities of mankind are so intense as to make it possible to destroy the earth.

"Now it is an entirely different thing, beloved ones, if God—by cosmic law, by cataclysmic action, by karmic action—were to bring about the destruction of the planet. But for mankind, and a few among them, to take it into their hands to unleash the powers of God through atomic energy upon mankind and, in a fiery holocaust, to demolish the labors of elemental life for centuries and centuries, would be one of the greatest crimes—if not the greatest—that has ever occurred in the entire universe, and I refer to the physical creation.

"I hope, therefore, that those of you who love peace as you love your Presence will call to its heart that the illumination’s golden flame will touch these people who are in control of governments, and minds and lives in the schoolrooms, and the control of men’s destinies, that they may be made aware by the angelic host of the awesome responsibility which they hold."

When you are able to deal with them on time and ahead of time, then you can know that the war itself may be mitigated. Unless the false hierarchs are bound and removed from the planet, unless the ratification of the pulling of the plug of the seed of the wicked spoken by Helios is made daily, you will not see the setting aside of nuclear war.

" . . . Since we understand all timetables and the equations of the Lightbearers we can only say that the very next priority you have is to cut free the Lightbearers in embodiment for the reinforcement of your ranks as well as for their victory.

"And remember, beloved ones, the fallen ones who have controlled the purse strings of Church and State and amassed the wealth of both on this planet have ways and means of manipulation at all levels to keep from your hands the supply that is yours from your own causal body. And therefore, aside from the opposition to your projects, to your health, to your life and your path they have a constant army of fallen ones working against your physical supply and the money in your hands that you need. Because many of you are not attached to money you have not necessarily
made it your priority to defeat the false hierarchs who have moved against you. Let it be done now.

"These days are tremendous opportunity. And what you gain in these days will be multiplied and
continue to multiply by the divine astrology of the Great Causal Body of the Woman clothed with the Sun, the Divine Mother in heaven and the Mother on earth. So whatever is accomplished now has a great multiplication factor of the Cosmic Christ.

"Lightbearers of the world, unite in the name of Saint Germain!"

"Therefore, I AM Gautama and I AM at the head of the military complexes of this nation and of all nations. I AM at the head of the armed forces. I AM at the head of those who command the seas in the navies of the nations. I AM at the head of those who command the air in all the air forces of all nations. "For the power of love is sufficient to the consuming of all hate and hate creation. And at every level of manifestation, individuals must bear that which is necessary to hold the line of love and bind the forces of hatred unleashed.

"Think in your own heart, beloved ones, how you will do this. I trust you will know it is by the science of the spoken Word and all other necessary precautions that are lawful and expedient for the individual, the family, and the nation to take."

"War itself is the misuse of the Mother light.

"Let all realize, then, that if they can sufficiently drain the light of the base chakra of the earth in the Middle East and here and there at other points, then they will be able to seize the life of a nation and turn it to death. And this is what they have been seeking to do from the beginning."

"Many of you still need merit to accrue your 51 percent of balanced karma and to go beyond that level. Therefore, enter King Arthur’s Court for the love of El Morya and thereby accrue merit in your four lower bodies. Engage in your marathons, for they will carry you higher than you think. For this is what can happen when you do not go all the way with a particular issue. Once you have started a war, beloved, you must finish that war. You cannot stop in the middle.

"Read The Art of War by Sun Tzu and other books on strategies of war. Read about how the Allies fought and won in Russia and Europe but came home from Korea and Viet Nam far short of total victory. Take note of the pride and intrigue of high-ranking officers and people in high levels of government, including President Lyndon Johnson. Fighting these no-win wars resulted in a great loss of life. So see it, beloved. So understand it. There is either the victory that comes because all are determined and know that they will have the victory come what may, or else there are those who are so halfhearted that if they could, they would even give away slices of this nation."

"I do not say that nuclear war will bring the end of the world. Nay, it will not! But it shall bring to an end certain opportunity that has been granted by modern technology and mass communications. "Yes, the hour of confrontation is come!

"People of the world, are you ready to take your stand? ['Yes!']

"May you do so, beloved. May you do it with the most profound determination and may you never leave that point of love in your heart. For love, beloved, is the point of victory. It is the intense fire of the heart that can unite with every other fiery heart on earth through the power of meditation, that can unite with angelic hosts and ascended ones.

"Yes, the fire of the heart, let it be developed! And may you never again have a vibration in your heart of hatred, of revenge, of nonmercy and of inattention to helpless life.

"I tell you, beloved, abortion must stop on every continent, for this is a sin against God! God is in every child in the womb and the soul is a part of that fetus from the hour of conception. The soul may come and go [during gestation], but that body is created with a certain set of genes from both parents whereby the soul can fulfill her divine potential in this life.

"Therefore let abortion come to a swift and sudden halt! And let the people of the earth know that the reason they are losing the battle against these fallen ones is that they have denied entrance to life, denied entrance to those souls in the womb whom they have aborted.

"Let many parents rise up out of the New Age movement, those who are the spiritual ones, and offer to give birth to not one but several children, that they might bring in those who have been denied. In America alone 25 million souls have had the door closed upon them, [resulting in] a profound vexation and trauma to their beings.

"This murdering of the unborn, beloved, becomes a sin of the nation and the nations and the karma must descend. Therefore let those who perceive that karma that makes America, Europe, Japan and all nations vulnerable to cataclysm in this age, let them see to it that that karma is balanced swiftly by bringing in these souls.

"I counsel you, as Jeremiah did bring that very same message to the people of Judah who did murder their firstborn as an offering to the gods. Let it be no more, beloved! Welcome the children of the Light! Welcome beings who are here and waiting in the wings of life to assist you to solve the many problems. May you welcome them with hearts of the Father-Mother God whereby they shall know true comfort and teaching and upbringing, being God-taught and knowing the highest education that is possible to them.

"I adjure you, beloved, [to make it known abroad in the land that] none can escape the karma of abortion. And where nations decree it, so, beloved, the entire nation again becomes vulnerable. And those who have the karma are those who fail to speak out against this injustice.

"Realize, then, that the insensitivity to life in the womb breeds the insensitivity to life in the Middle East and in every other nation. To be able to silence oneself to the pleas and to the pain of the child being aborted is to be able to silence one's sensitivity to every part of life.

"And I tell you, this: this is the reason why the people have not arisen in one great cry throughout the world against George Bush and the like who have denied to the Kurds that due protection of the law that they should have been given! I tell you, beloved, this crime is upon all those who have not spoken out.

"I am Saint Germain. I come to you in this hour. I come with my heart and with a gift of the violet flame. And I say to you, hear me now! Hear me, O beloved! For there does come forth from me and my angels who have gathered, a portion of the violet flame."

"Let us look, then, to causes—causes of war. These concern me. "Beloved children of the Sun, these causes go back to the same forces—those exterrestrials in the earth who desire to keep the control of the population by arraying brother against brother, aligning them in causes and polarities not their own but foisted upon them by serpentine minds who have known how to work them up to a fever pitch of emotion and hatred by their indoctrination and propaganda and contrived shortages of food, hunger, disease, and manipulation of the basic commodities of the oil and the wheat.

"Blessed ones, the gold that is in thy hand from the God of Gold—this, too, they have tried to manipulate. Let us concentrate, then, not on surface events, but let us pull the black threads from the fabric of world consciousness. And then let us go to the hands that have woven these, and behind the hands to the controlling consciousness, and behind the controlling consciousness to the core of evil in the Matter cosmos.

" . . . Beloved ones, someone once said that history is made by the little people and not by those important people. Well, it is so when the little people discover on that mighty day that a William Tell or a David or a single voice or a single one holding the finger in the dike can make the difference. The little people do not shape history unless some among them get the idea that the power of God is in their hands, that the ball is in their court, and that if they act, truly, nations and continents can be preserved for another day of grace, another day of freedom.

"There is a time for sowing, a time to water, a time to watch the summer breezes and sun, a time for harvest, a time for going into the seed within itself. Understand the times and the seasons:

"There is a time for the coming of the Ascended Masters and the Avatar and the Divine Mother with us. There is a time that is an interval of space where a civilization and a people must take that flame and demonstrate it.

"Take heed, then, that you understand that that which occurs on a planet and in spiritual cycles is a sine wave. Thus, it is written that there is a tide in the affairs of men. When this tide is taken at its crest, so it leads on to fortune, and that fortune is a divine fortune.

"Thus, there is a tide in the cycles, the sine wave of being, and you must mark those points of the peaks and the lows. You must understand there are economic cycles, though they are denied. There are waves that are predictable in all areas of existence because they line up with the cycles of karma which have been observed and plotted on graphs by those who were inspired by us to warn humanity of the hundred-year cycles and more."

"I might say that these individuals who have partaken in this document and the signing thereof have not the least idea of who is The Faithful and True and The Word who leads the armies of heaven against the fallen ones. And if they had the slightest perception of prophecy itself and of the binding of the tares who are the seed of the Evil One, they would recognize that God has already necessitated war itself as an act of the vengeance of Our God against the original perpetrators of murder, death, and the lie, who are the fallen angels.

"And until they be bound and judged, this war must continue. And all of the hosts of the Lord and Light must engage in it by a profound understanding of the strategy of peace and of defense and of the armor of the Lord—which begins with faith and truth and righteousness and the tube of light and the science of the spoken Word and ultimately, we pray, will never, never, never have to use nuclear weapons in order to bring about peace on earth! "We do not desire to see the trampling of foreign armies upon the Holy City, the Holy City which is the very design and destiny of the United Statesof America. "I desire and command my soldiers of the cross, El Morya’s trail blazers, and beloved Saint Germain’s freedom-fighters to recognize that there is a warfare that can be fought and that has been extolled and pronounced to you by the Brotherhood, and it is the one whereby the sons of God control the purse strings of the nations and of the world!

"Realize, then, that the money beast itself is behind all war. And it is greed to increase money
that causes the Western nations to supply armaments and all manner of defensive as well as offensive weapons, mounting a huge spiral around the world.

"It is the money beast that causes the feeding of technology, of grain, et cetera, et cetera, throughout the planetary body. And that greed has its origin in the fallen angels and the Watchers themselves who long ago lusted after the light of the people of God. And this lusting after the light is the lusting after their abundance, their supply, their energy, their life-force, and all of the seven chakras which are points of God’s consciousness.

"Therefore, lust and greed must be bound, and the planetary dweller on the threshold of the beast and the number and the name of that beast!

And he believed that the United States could afford to lose it. Thus he said that the United States must not win the war. And if the evolutions of the earth will continue to allow the fallen angels to dictate the terms of war and peace, then I say, even the seraphim should shield their eyes from the holocausts that will continue to ensue.

Simply take the sword, use it as demonstrated by the Messenger and declare yourself free from those pulls from beneath.

"Plunge that sword into the demons, into the grotesque forms that linger at the partial openings of the mouths of the bottomless pit in this state and elsewhere upon the planet! "That conversion of the Holy Ghost and of the Saviour establishes you in the lineage of Padma Sambhava, who is the vital link in this Community to the heart of Jesus Christ. For Padma Sambhava is the mediator on behalf of those who have not yet known how to make their peace with the Lord Christ and what it truly is to be converted, turned around, infilled with the precious Blood and Body of Christ in the truest sense of the word.

"How could I have passed through my incarnations in the Western Church without the love of my Saviour and his profound conversion of my soul?

"Some still think they can skip making their peace with Jesus. I tell you it is not so. He is the Son of God whom God has sent. God has sent him for the resolution of all souls on earth with God the Father and God the Mother. It is through his heart, the heart of this Son of God, that you find that resolution. This does not mean that you must worship Jesus exclusively, but it does mean that you must recognize his office whereby he restores to you the bonding of your soul to the heart of your Holy Christ Self and thence to his own heart.

"Some of you have so much karma between the seat-of-the-soul chakra and the heart chakra that without the intercession of Jesus you could not be bonded to the heart of your own Holy Christ Self, though you may think you have so bonded to that heart. Please know, beloved, that it is unrealistic to think so while you yet have anger in your heart and while you have nonresolution in your being and in your heart vis-à-vis your Creator and his creation.

"Thus Jesus holds the office of the one who restores the soul to the level where marriage to the Bridegroom is an option. Let none take for granted that this bonding has already taken place, for, beloved, when it does take place it can never be undone. It is the first step of the ascension. It signifies that the one so blessed now walks the earth as a Christed one. Therefore, you will not receive this bonding until you attain resolution of the heart with the Sacred Heart of Jesus. And because many of you have not done so, many areas of your inner life still need tending.

"The angels will take your letter to the Royal Teton Retreat, where the Lords of Karma regularly convene to deliberate on the fate of humanity. This is a spiritual retreat in the heaven-world, congruent with the Grand Teton in Wyoming.

'Your letter will be read by the Lords of Karma as soon as it is delivered, and they will evaluate it and make their recommendations according to the merit of your lifestream and the merit of the grant you are requesting. They will then forward your letter to the Solar Logoi, who will make the final decision concerning your application for a grant.

Greetings from the Central Sun of Peace!

Aloha in the very heart of cosmos!

We come, and we come to mark that heart that is right with El Morya's heart, with the heart of the Holy Christ Self and with the heart of the Messenger. This, then, is the lineage that has descended from God through Sanat Kumara to Padma Sambhava.

Being right with Morya and your own Christ Self and the Messenger, you therefore are right with the lineage that descends to the level of Padma Sambhava (whose mantle is upon this Messenger) and traces back to the heart of the Great Central Sun. You may seek and find, if you can, some other lineage but this is the dispensation for this hour.

I speak, then, of those whose hearts are right with God and of those whose hearts are not right with God. This is an hour to make peace with your God. We will not allow the dalliance in the in-between state of indecision, self-pity, self-justification that becomes then the criticism, then the condemnation and then the judgment.

Therefore, speak to the one who has sent the Messenger if you have a gripe with the Messenger. Speak to the Messenger herself if you think there is something not right in this organization, in this teaching, in this path, in its disciplines. Whatever may be upon your heart, have out with it. Use, then, your Franklin planners, <1> if you have them, to write down those situations of nonresolution in your life.

For Peace is an all-consuming fire! Peace as a living flame of cosmic honor can restore you to the wholeness and the holiness you once knew when in childlike faith and trust in God you took
—the hand of the then ruling hierarch of this lineage and you did walk and talk along the way with your Lord Maitreya, with your Lord Manjushri, with your Lord Padma Sambhava, with your Lord Morya El, with your Mother.

Yes, beloved, where has the peace gone?

Where it has gone is into the perversion of the forces of anti-peace, astral hordes of war who put their stirring stick in your mind and cause you to lose the fervor of your first true love, the fervor you once had so very long ago for your first and unfailing Guru.

There is no peace, then, in the heart, the soul, the psyche, the being of anyone when there is that nonresolution. Therefore resolve this day to establish resolution with your Inner Christ and do not assume that you automatically have it! For the standards of the Christ must be the measure of the Christ and the measure of a man or a woman as to what Christhood each one can contain.

Do not, therefore, set for your Holy Christ Self, for your Messenger or for this entire Mystery School your human standards of what ought to be and what ought not to be. I tell you what ought to be and is, and that is the descent of the Lord God himself in hours when you know it not.

The Lord God, even Alpha and Omega, comes as the proverbial thief in the night for the testing of souls at any hour. And these tests must be passed at the level of Christhood, not at the level of the human consciousness of compromise that says: "This is our standard. This is our human standard and it is right, and we will have our own code of honor among ourselves." And yet it is a tarnished honor, beloved ones.

God has a right to test you, to love you, to chasten you, to teach you, to draw back the curtain of pride and allow you to see what is puffed up by your own ego or what is trumped up by the flattery of other egos. All of this exposure of the ego is a parting of successive veils of self-ignorance. And veils are parted and veils are parted again until you see the naked soul face to face and the inner heart, the inner spirit, the inner essence and what about each of these is real.

You know that you have a high percentage of water in the chemical makeup of your physical body. Take away the water and what is left? Is there salt that is worth its savor? Is there a mind that can cogitate beyond the frame of the human brain? Is there identity that can hold the flaming torch of Peace and not be moved?

Do not think in your human pride, beloved, that by some years on the Path in this life somehow you have reached the level where you can judge what Hierarchy ought to be, what angels ought to do, what Masters ought to do as you call upon them, as though you could adjudicate all matters of the organization of the Great White Brotherhood.

Understand that all who serve the Brotherhood anywhere on earth or in the mystery schools are here for good reason, some to finish up unfinished business and some to balance their karma for the betrayal of mystery school upon mystery school, which has necessitated their taking the grade again and again.

I say, to receive the power of Peace, to continue to walk the walk of the pilgrim of Peace, be humble before your God. Don't be a know-it-all but come to a lawful reverence for those things that ought to be revered. Have a sense of holiness in the presence of one another's Christ Self and a sense of the holiness of the flame that burns in the heart of the one that sits next to you, before you, behind you. Have a sense of awe of the temple of God and help those who do not keep their temples clean or their minds in the correct geometry of God.

Peace, then. Peace is a mighty power. Do you know that the manifestation of God's peace, multiplied billions and billions of times and then in numbers beyond reckoning, is the power to consume all the warring in the members of the psyches of all the Lightbearers of the earth, to consume the wars between fallen ones who are polarized as they line up to destroy one another and demand reinforcements of Lightbearers to lay down their lives for them in their battles for supremacy?

This has been going on for centuries. Yes, beloved, the momentums and records of war on planet earth remain untransmuted because many of the very ones who have the gift of the violet flame and the science of the spoken Word do not use it to transmute, first and foremost, the warring in their own members, the divisions, the schisms and all those things that they press and compress in the subconscious and the unconscious minds and allow to explode in a moment of least reckoning of the heart of God.

Why does war continue?

Let us begin with ourselves and our chelas. Every chela must make peace with the soul, with the Christ, with the living God, with all that is real within himself, within herself, within every child. In order to make peace with your inner being, you must declare war against the not-self.

And therefore legions of Peace march in this hour against the astral hordes of war! And we look to those among you and those in the etheric octaves and those who are robed in white surrounding the throne of the Lamb of God to join us in our march. We look for those unascended lifestreams in all octaves of the Matter cosmos to reinforce our contingents that war might be no more.

And now comes the Keeper of the Scrolls and there do procession behind him the recording angels, whose peace-commanding presence does give us pause. And they, numbering one million, now march up and down the continents of the earth; and they are checking off those who qualify, making a check mark in the aura of every lifestream on this planet who checks out right,
whose heart is right with the hierarchy of Sanat Kumara, with El Morya and with those who wear the mantle of a disciple of Christ and whose hearts are one with the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

Understand, therefore, that to acknowledge the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ is to have a certain relationship with the Prince of Peace. But to deny the lineage that has gone before him
—Lord Maitreya, Lord Gautama, Lord Sanat Kumara—is to deny oneself access to the entire hierarchy who has sponsored him. And that hierarchy goes all the way back to the Great Central
Sun.

You see, at inner levels people do know that there is a hierarchy of Light upon earth. They know it well. And if they have not in some way fastened themselves to this hierarchy of Light, then you know that they have some unresolved situation in their psyches and that nonresolution may be
with any one of the Ascended Masters, the Archangels, Cosmic Beings, or even God himself.

Why, beloved ones, there are people in the earth today who yet have an argument with Moses!
—Moses, who long ago did complete his mission in the Sinai, did move on, did reincarnate in the Far East as Lord Ling. And at the conclusion of that life, having balanced 100 percent of his karma, he did attain his ascension in the Light and today he exudes the joy of the God of Happiness and that is his title.

And this Ascended Master Moses has gone here and there to make peace with those very ones who could not make their peace with him as they crossed the wilderness. Yes, beloved ones, though they sense him and even see him at inner levels, though the contact is made, yet they hold a grudge and they still gripe about the disciplines they were subject to under Moses!

See that you are not counted among them, whether your argument be with Moses or Buddha or Zarathustra or an unnamed saint who today is far beyond you in the echelons of Light and yet with whom you once had a strong disagreement. See to it, then, for the sake of your own soul, that you make your peace with all people. For you cannot make lasting progress on the Path until you do.

It is most disturbing, beloved ones, to see a planet of diverse evolutions where so very few understand the principle of walking in the footsteps of the hierarchy of Light. Know that God does test every living soul. Be willing, then, to pass those tests and to exercise ingenuity of heart in so doing.

Sometimes it is a merciful heart that is needed before resolution can come about. Sometimes it is forgiveness, forgiving seventy times seven. <2> Sometimes it is a return to humility by the consuming of the inordinate pride of the human ego. I speak to you of this, beloved, for this is what the spiritual path is all about: It is about bending the knee before the Christ, whose seed is in every living soul.

The one million recording angels (who also have the power to multiply their Electronic Presence) will have finished their assignment of checking off those who are right with God by the time this dictation is through.

This, then, is the commitment of Peace and Aloha: For every individual upon earth who is right with God and right with the hierarchy of God whom he has sent, there shall be added ten thousand angels unto the bands of the legions of the Sixth Ray of the Lord Jesus Christ ministering to the peoples of planet earth.

Think of it and rejoice! For every soul who is right with God, ten thousand angels shall increase the numbers of legions of Peace who move against the astral hordes of war! Realize, then, beloved, just how great a multiplication factor ten thousand angels can be in advancing the
cause of Peace on earth!

And these legions of Peace have volunteered to be assigned to the battlefield of earth. They
have pleaded before Helios and Vesta to be allowed to come. For they see the warring on the playgrounds of life, in families, between husband and wife and brother and sister, between parties in difficult relationships. And they see how this warring on a neighborhood scale does mushroom into world wars dividing nations and causing great sorrow and pain.

Yes, beloved, angels have gone before the Court of the Sacred Fire, they have gone before the councils of Sanat Kumara and they have come before us and they have said: "We would volunteer for Mission Planet Earth, not only to multiply the decrees of the students of Light and the prayers of the saints everywhere but also to engage the forces of war and overcome them. We would come and join all the forces of Peace on earth and the armies of heaven converging on planet earth for this one purpose—that the power of Peace with which our God has endowed us might be applied to the transmutation, the utter dissolution of war at every level."

This, of course, is subject to the free will of heads of state, to the free will of those who direct the armies of the nations, to the free will of those who represent the people and to the free will of the people themselves. For if by free will people choose war and choose to engage in the warlike energies of the Nephilim in daily conversation that grates in the not-so-great subtleties of criticism of this and criticism of that and backbiting against this and backbiting against that, even against the Gurus we have sent, then not even all the legions of Peace from the entire Spirit-Matter Cosmos could quench the hellfires of war upon this earth.

But wherever there is a heart that daily does note in his Franklin planner such nonresolutions and does determine to achieve resolution within himself and with others by sunset, there is a heart who rests in the heart of the Prince of Peace.

Now, I know, beloved, that this may not be the ultimate resolution, but the resolution you can have every day at sunset is that you resolve with your God that you will not allow this difficulty, this argument, this disagreement, this war going on in your life to in any way come between you and your God or between you and the God-flame within another. And therefore you seal the schism in the sacred fire of God, in the blue lightning of God and you pursue the path whereby you look to meet each soul halfway, you look for ways to compromise, you look to achieve mutual understanding, you look to give mercy freely and to restore an injured soul to equilibrium and to a point of personal dignity.

Forgive and ask to be forgiven even when you think you are not in the wrong. Do this because you live by the Master's code of forgiveness. Do it to give another the opportunity to do the same, and do it with sincerity. For there are many actions you may take in life wherein you may truly say to yourself that you will not know until you have ascended into the kingdom of God whether or not such and such an action was a compromise of the Law or was a manifestation of a love so great that you were willing to make karma to save another soul, to heal another soul even though you knew at the time that you were crossing the line of the laws of society and perhaps even the laws of God.

There are complicated issues in the lives of all people and complex decisions that everyone is confronted with in a lifetime. What is important is this—that no matter what takes place, you make your resolution with your Christ Self, with El Morya, with your God and with the lineage of the Lord Sanat Kumara, by which you are personally and individually sponsored.

Therefore, when all the check marks that can be given are given to those whose hearts are right with God, we will know how many companies of ten thousand angels of Peace may act to intercede for peace and against war on earth.

Now you tell me, beloved ones—yes, tell me—what shall be the fate, then, of the one whose heart is right with God, who has at his side ten thousand angels of Peace?

Well, you could respond in one voice, for you all know the answer. There shall indeed arise ten thousand, perhaps even more, legions of war, of fallen angels out of the pits of Death and Hell, to challenge those angels of Peace and the souls they sponsor.

And therefore you must understand that because you are tied to the lineage of the hierarchy of Light because your heart is right with God, you, then, in a sense of the word are the leader of that company of angels and you have a responsibility to command them, to give decrees in their behalf even for their protection, and to offer at the altar of God such invocations as you customarily give when you are working on your labors.

You, then, must be a very active participant in that which is taking place in your Community and on your planet. And that which shall take place as you stand true in the mantle of the Christed One is the defeat of these hordes of war! And at times other contingents will come to reinforce some of these companies of the ten thousand as they are hotly engaged to put an end to the forces of Darkness on planet earth.

These fallen angels have been on the left-handed path a long, long time. When you see them, you may be overawed by their power. You may fear them. You may say to yourself, "What power of God have they stolen and perverted into the engines of war—that they are revving up on planet
earth?" And you will sometimes feel as though you were David before Goliath, and then you will remember that ten thousand angels of Peace stand behind you and they are able. They are able.

You, then, must defend yourself against the machinations of the legions of war who attempt to cause you to part from the bonding of your heart in love to the God who is in you and to the God who is in another. You must remember your determination and even your vow, if you have made it, that you will not be moved from the God-centeredness of love and peace, come what may, even in trifling matters. For have not trifling matters ignited world wars?

Well, I can cite many cases unknown to you that are on file in the records of the planet as well as episodes that are recorded in your history books that have turned nations into enemies overnight.

So you see, beloved, when you are backed by ten thousand angels of Peace, the hordes of war will come to take from you your peace, to take from you your right heart with Morya, with the Messenger and with all who have sent that Messenger, all the way back to the throne of God. Thus the children of the Sun are initiated by the forces of Darkness even as they are initiated by the forces of Light.

And so, beloved, if you lose your rightness of heart with God for some puny self-justification, for some provocation, for some sense of injustice, where shall you find yourself?

You will find yourself at the mercy of the legions of war, for by your unsettled self-righteous state you will have disconnected yourself from the legions of Peace.

Why, then, did Elohim of the Fifth Ray come last night?

Why did you hear the call of Cyclopea and Virginia to make right choices—the right choice to be the Christ in action as Love in action, Truth in action, Honor in action, the will of God as Power in action, the mighty Wisdom of God in action?

That decision allows you to maintain the strength whereby you are not moved by the hordes who assail you because you are aligned with legions of Peace—or who will assail the legions of Peace because they are aligned with you.

You must understand that we the Elohim come from a number of positions in the cosmic hierarchy as we speak to you in this conference that you might understand that the decision to walk the path of personal Christhood is a very serious decision no matter who you are or where you come from. And when you make that decision with 1,000 percent of your being, you must stand and still stand and be obedient to the teachings, to the techniques, to all that we have taught you for your protection, for your sustaining of the unfailing love of the Inner Christ, day by day by day garnering that Light of God by the mantra of your I AM Presence until the mantra sings in your heart, until you hear the mantra being spoken in your mind just before you awaken in the morning. And who is giving the mantra in your mind?

It is your I AM Presence. Or it is the Buddha or the Bodhisattva whose mantra you have chosen. And you have so generated a momentum in repeating the mantra and making it your own that you have come into the forcefield of that hierarch of Light, and that one has therefore brought to you the soundless sound of the inner name and the inner key of the mantra that shall keep you locked in to your own personal Christhood.

Therefore, beloved, strengthen yourselves! Seek daily resolution. Put everything into the violet flame! And thereby know the peace of being escorted by the legions of Peace to our retreat of the Elohim Peace and Aloha [in the etheric octave of the heaven-world] centered over the Hawaiian Islands, extending over the vastness of the Pacific Ocean. By the power of Peace we charge that ocean with Peace, and it is surely a mighty focus of Peace in the earth.

Now then, beloved, each one of you must examine the rightness of your heart daily to be certain that you have not left frayed edges in any relationship, that you have not abruptly parted from someone without resolution, that you have not left any matter hanging, such as a simple
disagreement or discourtesy.

Being right in the lineage of Sanat Kumara, beloved, counts for everything in this hour.

Once again it is the hour of the ride of the Four Horsemen. And their cyclings are becoming a tighter and tighter coil around the planet as there is the multiplication of the descent of karma exponentially until these twelve years should pass. Your calling is to keep up with the levels of darkness and keep them transmuted by joyous, joyous call to the violet flame and to keep up the corresponding light of your own Christhood whereby each day you can bow before your God and ask that your offering might be received as an acceptable offering and that it might be purified, rectified and brought in line with the plumb line of Truth if it is not.

Peace and Aloha, we come. Peace, then. Peace, then.

Grade yourselves, beloved. Consider: Has the angel placed a check mark on your aura or must you now go to your rooms and sit down and ponder how you could have strayed ever so subtly with rationalization a little bit farther, a little bit farther, a little bit farther from the path of true love, the path of true love?

"Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friend." <3>

Well, if you think of your truest friend as being your Holy Christ Self, then can you not lay down the not-self, the carnal mind and the dweller-on-the-threshold for the sake of the friend who is Christ, who is your Higher Self, who is ultimately you?

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his mortal life, his not-self, that the Christ may live in him, his True Self, and walk about the earth dispensing love and healing and truth and igniting the fire of Divine Love that shall come to all when war does cease.

The defeat of war by all Seven Elohim and the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood is top on our agenda. But as we have said, if the chelas of the Light do not take up the dismantling of the components of war in their own psyches and allow them to be consumed in the cauldron of Divine Love, then where shall we go?

Where shall we find those, apart from these chelas here present, who shall do that job and do it thoroughly and do it painfully until pain becomes all-consuming, until the all-consuming pain becomes the all-consuming bliss of Divine Love?

Yes, beloved, this is a planet of war.

When have there not been the Nephilim wars upon earth?

When have there not been family feuds, rivaling clans, gang warfare and rivaling political factions? Why, even heads of states and nations have had those who oppose them brutally murdered.

War must cease if a golden age of Aquarius is to come. We say, begin with yourselves and use the Lord's mantra of peace and his mighty shield for the guarding of the solar plexus. Rejoice to check off each day that you have said, "Peace, be still! Peace, be still! Peace, be still and know that I AM God!" or when you can say at the end of that day, "Truly I have not allowed an incorrect vibration to emanate from this place of the sun (the solar-plexus chakra), which is the place of the golden sun of Peace."

Onward, Lightbearers of this age! Onward! My teaching is for your refinement of soul and mind and heart.

Depart, then! Depart, then! Depart, then, from nests of gossip and unseemly conversation. Rather be with Mary, your Mother.—Rather be in her heart and know that through that Immaculate Heart
—all things shall be fulfilled in Cosmic Christ Peace.

I bow to the flame of Peace within you. If you do not have that flame, I bid you raise it up. For I should like to come again with Aloha and find on the altar of your solar plexus a living flame of Peace to which I may bow and which I may then seal, then ensconce, then protect by rings of Light and then increase! For our goal is to give you the empowerment of Peace that was given
to your Lord and Saviour.

Here is the true saying: "All power of Peace in heaven and in earth is given unto me." <4> Thus his title, the Prince of Peace.

May you seek, then, to be called the initiate of the Elohim of Peace. And if you seek it, we shall give it. And if we give it, receive it well, with good cheer, and jump over those hurdles and pass those tests and by and by know that same power of Cosmic Christ Peace which emanates from the Son of God.

Cyclopea explained that this “preview” was provided by the Elohim so that preparations could be made for “the coming of the Lord’s hosts” and “the sending forth of representatives into all the nations.”

“Let all of you be charged now by the fullness of that penetration of the emerald ray of truth and science whereby you will understand that it is the requirement of the fifth ray of the Apostle Paul and of the Elohim and of Raphael and Mother Mary that ye witness unto the truth,” Cyclopea emphasized. 'No longer will you be allowed to remain in silence. For the witnessing of that truth is the requirement of the fulfillment of your ascension. And therefore, whether you witness door to door or on the lecture platform or in writing or from neighbor to neighbor, you will be required to speak the Word of the Lord and to give an accounting this day.'

Continuing the dictation, Cyclopea explained that the spilling of the blood of the martyrs in the perpetuation of war and “demonstrations for World Communism” is “the greed for the very blood itself of the life and light of the martyrs on behalf of those who have not that light . . . The cruelty of the massacres that have been practiced against these precious souls of light in Cambodia, in Vietnam, in Red China, in Africa, in Eastern Europe, and in the concentration camps that string the entire Soviet Union—beloved ones, in those actions, the deeds of the fallen ones, they have thereby slain again and again the Lamb of God who was slain from the foundation of the world. They have not slain bodies or human beings, but they have directly crucified Christ afresh, whether that Christ be Jew or Gentile, Moslem, Hindu, or Buddhist.”

The Elohim declared, therefore, that these “who have taken life with a sword . . . receive the sword of the Lord Christ and the judgment in this hour . . . And this takes place when the Lord Christ within you stands before the tribes of the nations and dares to challenge that fallen one.”

“The Lord God indeed does pour out his Spirit upon all flesh this night,” the Elohim declared. “And this is for the gradual acceleration of consciousness.” For “the holding of the balance against the day of cataclysm is upon you, and you will see that the light of the Holy Ghost will enable you then to be the electrodes of light for the hour when earth’s evolutions must come into the new day.”

Cyclopea sent forth “fire upon the earth in the name of Jesus Christ, I send that sacred fire for the cleansing of the nation. And I demand the fullness of the all-seeing eye of God penetrate this government from the Oval Office, from the president and the cabinet and the White House, unto the Senate and the House of Representatives, unto the Supreme Court and the various bureaus of the government, so unto the governments of the states and the cities and the communities. Let the all-seeing eye of God as the understanding of what is that good and acceptable will of God come forth now . . . I call for the defense of all God-fearing people. I call for the raising up of the true levels of God-government. And I call for the cleansing of this nation of all perverted uses of drugs and of the death drug known as marijuana.”

Cyclopea explained that marijuana “is considered innocuous when it is among the most deadly
—transforming a consciousness of a people into lethargy and sloth and interfering with the flow of the sacred fire and interfering with the correct role of man and woman . . . as there is the confusion of the sexes in the sacred fire . . . and the weakening of the nations by the misuses of the light in homosexuality . . .

“Let the sacred fire go forth in the name of Shiva!” the Elohim decreed. Cyclopea emphasized that “you hvae but to give that token of obedience and love and service to find yourselves literally inundated with sacred fire, literally catapulted into the years of your self-mastery, self-worth, and usefulness unto the Brotherhood . . . Therefore let the temple be cleansed . . .

“I send forth my legions of light and legions of Elohim for the cleansing of the temple of the body of God in manifestation . . . And you will watch in the signs as current events will reveal to you what is the action of Cyclopea, what is the action of the laser beam of the all-seeing eye of God and the emerald ray, what is that action in penetration by the legions of K-17 and Lanello as there comes more and more to the fore of consciousness the exposure of the misuse of science East and West.”

Cyclopea specified the dangers of psychotronic, nuclear, and germ warfare, warning of agents
of the KGB in this nation—“those who will murder and kill because they have lost all reason of the mind of God.” The Elohim pointed out that even as Noah cried out in warning of the impending cataclysm in the last days of Atlantis and the people mocked him, “so everyone that is born of the Spirit and infused with the Holy Ghost, who has the descent of this light in this age is also called
a fanatic.”

Cyclopea again emphasized that “the betrayal is not abroad. It is in this very nation, it is in the government, it is in the business community. And I charge those capitalists who have provided the enemy with the technology for the destruction of America: You will give an accounting before the Lords of Karma. You will give your accounting before the Four and Twenty Elders. And you
will know the meaning of the sacred fire . . . I invoke the judgment of the Lord Jesus Christ. And by the power of Elohim, that judgment descends again and again and again, and it begins here in America . . .

“The acceleration of the light of God must come, and is coming by the Word and the call and the decree of the messenger and the chelas and all lightbearers everywhere,” Cyclopea said in conclusion. “Your cells must become brimming with light, cups of light. You must have a greater and greater joy and a greater and greater penetration of the Spirit.”

Cyclopea then called for the presence of the seraphim, great teams of conquerors, and Surya “to move in and among the people to give them the enlightenment and the knowledge and the awareness that the hosts of the Lord are nigh and they may truly rise up in the revolution of life . . .”

"Where there are no physical defenses, beloved, it must be the hearts of those of freedom who are so intense and whose intensity does attract so many angels that the hosts of darkness truly fear to carry out their Armageddon."
