"Beloved ones, the earth is rampant with unclean spirits that hover and that move. Beloved ones, these fallen ones have invaded the very temples of the lightbearers through the misuse of energy and rhythm. You have been told again and again and yet I say it again: that which has perverted life has come through the misuse of rhythm of the white-fire core. It steals into the subcon­scious mind by the abuse of the body.

"The presence of sugar, alcohol, nicotine, drugs of every description and kind within the temple are a weakening of the very fibers of the spiritual body whereby that body can contain light—all of this aggravated by the rhythm of that rock music and the acid rock that is projected upon the youth. And, beloved ones, the very serious consideration of the representatives of the Holy Spirit this day is whether or not this generation shall be lost because of the rebellion against love in the misuse of the rhythm in that perverted sound which is invading almost every household where there are young people, and it occurs in youth because of the very energies of the sacred fire. These very energies, then, are those that are desired by the fallen ones.

"The invasion of the temple, the invasion of the holy of holies by these unclean spirits through the perversion of sound was the cause of the sinking of Lemuria and Atlantis. I tell you truly, this rhythm is not to be trifled with. It is one thing for the perversion to be in the outer courts of mundane life. But when those who are Keepers of the Flame—upon whose altars we depend for the cleansing of the planet—allow the undisciplined energies of their children to be used in this misuse of the sacred fire, for their failure to control, by the Holy Spirit, their very own children, they therefore allow the desecration of the flame.

"I sound the warning, then, that unless some have the courage to be in the world of form that fullness of myself, you will find that for want of the discipline of love and of the sacred fire this civilization will complete the three that have been projected by the fallen ones. You have heard that accidents come in threes; this is because the fallen ones misuse the science of the Trinity. Lemuria, the first. Atlantis, the second. Will this continent, then, and this civilization be the third? Beloved ones, all is not secure until the majority of light is in the victory.

"Great strides have been won and the children of the light have to be commended; for without your dynamic decrees, without your attunement with these very bhajans, there would have been far greater cataclysm in the North American continent during this winter cycle. We see, then, inroads of light penetrating the deepest levels of the astral plane. We see that penetration of the mental belt. And yet, as the release of rays of light, unless there is sufficient thrust and momentum by the fiery flame of purity, the resistance to that light, as friction on the highway, causes the penetration to ultimately come to its farthest reach. And thus we need a greater penetration of the Alpha current, of the masculine ray, of souls raised up in the understanding of the carrying of that light. We need mothers who are in the flame of Mother who carry and are the guardian spirits of children. Blessed ones, the temple must be secure."

" . . . if you remove yourselves from time and space and always find the center of the cross, you will dwell forever­more in the house of the Lord, the secret chamber of the heart, the sacred heart of Jesus, whose heart I have made my own, imploring that Christ and therefore intensifying the purple fiery heart in his honor.

"In that heart there is no desire for hashish, there is no desire for heroin. But if you stray from that heart and you have had a long habit, you may identify once again with the outer man or woman and the desiring and find yourself in the turbulent waters, sinking beneath the waves, crying out for the hand of Christ who will always extend to you that hand until you are safe and sound again in the Heart of Infinity.

"You see, beloved ones, all desires of the human that you may have in this world can be surrendered. And when they are surrendered, the divine desiring of God comes into your life. For every human desire there is a divine desire that is legitimate, that is fulfilling, that will give to you whatever you thought you might get through human desiring but truly could never have or keep and much, much more. But it takes courage.

" . . . You may decide to stop smoking now and put it into my heart, and the record will be consumed. Twenty-four hours from now you will meet the world momentum for which you have had a weakness and you will have to say: No! Thus far and no farther! I shove you back, you nicotine entity!

"Be bound by the power of my heart that is one with the heart of Saint Germain! You cannot touch me, for I AM the Infinite One! I live in the heart of God. There is no time and space here, and you may not dwell in Infinity! And since I do not dwell where you are, I will not smoke today or tomorrow or forever. For I am in my House of Light, and the only smoke that is here is the sweet incense of El Morya with me! [applause]

"Thus, may you pass every test. Understand the law I reveal to you. Sin can only be committed in a finite consciousness or in the finiteness of time and space. The moment sin is conceived, the conceiver of the sin is no longer a part of eternity. Thus, when Archangel Michael cast out the fallen ones out of heaven, he was ratifying the law of their own being which they set in motion by the spirit of pride: “I will become as God. I will not worship the living Christ but I will be worshiped!”

"This was their vow. Instantaneously, they lost the protection of the circle of the One. Thus, in casting them out, Archangel Michael and his legions were the instantaneous representatives of cosmic law."

"I address you now on the subject of nicotine, tobacco and the tobacco lobby. I would point out to you the great strides that have been made in the United States

(1) to control cigarette smoking in public places,

(2) to expose nicotine as a drug that ought to be regulated, despite the denial of this fact by the cigarette and tobacco industries, and

(3) to authorize the Food and Drug Administration to regulate nicotine and to protect children by restricting the advertising and sale of cigarettes and tobacco products.

"You will recall that I am the Archangel who announced in a dictation through Mark L. Prophet on September 9, 1963, that the Lords of Karma would take action against the tycoons of these industries. It was a clarion call to all Americans as well as to the students of the Ascended Masters to awake to the lethal dangers of smoking, which not only clogs the brain with nicotine and other residues but also blocks one’s spiritual attunement with one’s Mighty I AM Presence.

"Well, this nation has awakened, and it has awakened because my legions and I have not ceased to sound the alarm and the American people have rallied to my call. The Messenger’s staff even came up with the mantra 'America, Awake! I AM THAT I AM!' and set it to music and sang it often. (It’s time to take it out and sing it some more!)

"Most importantly, we have used your calls to Astrea since 1963 to bind the nicotine and tobacco entities. And the American people have seen the suffering of their loved ones and the tremendous numbers of deaths from lung cancer and heart disease, and they have determined to put an end to this suffering!

" . . . press on to the victory over Death and Hell itself! Spread that victory throughout the earth and the astral plane! For the tobacco entity is the counterpart on the astral plane of the tobacco worm on the physical plane.

"This astral, silvery-colored beast invades every organ of the smoker’s body and eventually kills him. Not only does it devour the body but it devours the soul. And it destroys the body before the soul has had the opportunity to enter the path of Higher Consciousness. It is insidious! It is vicious!

" . . . conquer this beast! For it is a beast! Take out your Judgment Call and affirm that “They shall not pass!” Call for the judgment of the planetary momentum of the nicotine and tobacco entities. And call for the judgment of the cigarette and tobacco companies who are marketing their wares abroad, where people are not awakened to the dangers to their health from addictive smoking.

"Let us bring this battle to its conclusion, beloved. I am well pleased that many Keepers of the Flame and other upright souls across America have determined to challenge the tobacco beast and the money beast that is behind it. For the deliverance of souls from this one substance—which many users say is more addictive than marijuana, cocaine or heroin—will restore their self-esteem and their freedom to be who they really are without the false identity superimposed on them by the nicotine habit.

"As you know, children have been destroying their brains by substance abuse for decades now. We want to see to it that all of this is stopped! And therefore we call to the devout and God-fearing of this hemisphere and of the world and we say: If all you can do to fight drug abuse is to decree at your altar for the judgment of those who bring their drugs into every nation, then do it! And if you can take up the cause of those who are actively engaged in fighting the False Hierarchy of Drugs and the Drug Lords in your neighborhoods, towns and cities, then do it!

"For the abuse of the body through drugs, which also affects the soul, is an act of self-destruction that denies the individual the full flowering of the God-flame within his temple. Worst of all, it cuts short one’s life span and the extended opportunity most souls require to balance 51 percent of their karma, which is necessary for them to achieve their ascension in this life.

"The alternative to life that people choose when they take up drugs, alcohol, nicotine and sugar is death in the fast lane. Having chosen death, not life, to die and not to live, the individual is weakened not only in the body but also in the heart, the spirit, the mind and the soul.

"He may continue in the fast lane until he is no longer able to make a turnaround. At that point, he may look for someone to teach him how to call upon the Lord God and his Son Jesus Christ to send their Archangels and legions of angels to rescue him from a very real nightmare. It is the nightmare of his soul’s willful descent into the astral plane and all of the horror that pursues him.

"Like the millions who have perished in the grips of the drug, alcohol, nicotine and sugar entities, he discovers that these entities devour body and spirit and return to stalk him when (and if) his soul reincarnates! Yes, one’s habits and one’s addictions do follow one into succeeding lifetimes until the heart, the mind, the spirit and the soul galvanize to lick them and the planetary beast of death.

"God have mercy on those souls who are thus snared in the astral plane! If you will call to Archangel Michael to allow you to join him and his legions of light, you can be an instrument of mercy by descending with them to sublevels of the astral plane to cut free the souls who have been victimized by the fallen angels.

"Do not condemn these souls, beloved ones. For when one is severely addicted, the entities sap one’s life force and exert a tremendous pull on the central nervous system and the brain. In fact, the entire body is under such stress that the addict cannot, except in rare cases, overcome his addiction without treatment or the intercession of angels.

"Therefore, pray for the souls of light who have become the victims of substance abuse. And call for the judgment of the drug cartels, the drug lords and the fallen angels who are behind them. Call for the judgment of the drug suppliers, traffickers, distributors and pushers throughout the world who are purveying drugs to the children and youth as well as to adults. And call for the judgment of those in the United States who could have long ago stopped the drug traffic and seen to it that those responsible were off the streets and behind bars and the drugs seized and destroyed.

"It could have been done, beloved, and it still can be done—and we have said so, many times. But with few exceptions, those in positions of authority, including the drug czars, have not waged the war that they should have waged against drugs. Therefore, they have left the children vulnerable to the drug demons that tempt them and then torment them once they have been hooked. What needs to be done is not being done, I say!

"And again, what is the cause? It is ignorant animal magnetism. People are dense from the foods they eat and from the low vibrations they feed the mind and are content to live with.

"People live in their own sloth. They live in their own negativity. So it is written: 'As a dog returneth to his vomit, so a fool returneth to his folly.' And that’s why they are not out there on the front lines fighting the battle for the liberation of the youth of the world, beloved!

"Think of how many people you know whose children have been compromised by taking in these lethal substances. It is an outrage! And all of heaven is outraged! Let all of earth be outraged, I say! And let us lock arms and do something about it now! [33-second standing ovation]

"All legions of the Second Ray join me in thanking you for your standing ovation. We shall empower you as you empower yourselves. We shall go forth—Jophiel, Christine, Apollo and Lumina, Lord Lanto, Mighty Victory and Justina and all legions of the Second Ray who serve with the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas—to open the crown chakras of the lightbearers of the world.

"Blessed ones, we are fierce in our determination. I say in the I AM THAT I AM: When you call to God for the judgment of those who have done despite to innocent children and adults, remember to address us by name. When you do this, angels of God of the Second Ray will respond in untold numbers to your calls, and you will be empowered so long as your heart is pure.

"Whether or not you are empowered is up to you! You are empowered on the Second Ray by Almighty God each time you offer your prayers, fiats and dynamic decrees for the deliverance of souls and for the wiping out of Evil and the Evil Force that in this very moment are murdering the hearts, minds, souls and bodies of all who are enslaved to the False Hierarchy of Drugs and the Drug Lords.

"Therefore, beloved, in the name of Almighty God, I, Jophiel with Christine, bow to the Light within you. And I welcome you to the ranks of the legions of light of the Second Ray!" [22-second standing ovation]


According to the American Cancer Society, tobacco use is responsible for nearly one in five deaths in the United States. Approximately 419,000 deaths per year in the U.S. and 3 million deaths per year worldwide are linked to smoking. In addition, at least 38,000 deaths per year in the U.S. are linked to breathing environmental tobacco smoke.

U.S. cigarette firms marketing their wares abroad. The American Cancer Society booklet “Cancer Facts and Figures—1995” reports that from 1985 to 1993, U.S. cigarette exports increased approximately 275 percent. To Japan alone, exports increased almost 800 percent.

"I speak to you, beloved hearts, of each area of misuse of the life-force. We have listed them many times, but I consider the international drug trade to be the most heinous crime against the flaming youth of the planetary body and the light-bearers who have descended. Often their idealism makes them receptive to those cunning in the arts of argumentation, polemics. And therefore, the serpent that was in the garden is come again and again to deceive the children of Eve.

"Blessed ones, the rescue mission is ongoing and we are hopeful. But let us not neglect those scorpions that are beneath the mat of our own doorstep while looking far away and abroad to the international picture and forgetting that our greatest strength lies in forging a purity of heart and a oneness and a unity that cannot be assailed by any form of gossip whatsoever!"

" . . . you need to understand that every good teacher in every private and public school should insist that the children in that school do not partake inordinately of sugar and that the sugars they do take in come from fruits and natural foods. The destruction of children through sugar is the foundation for the temptation to every other form of drug, nicotine, marijuana, alcohol, et cetera. Therefore, beloved ones, there must be the proper nourishing of the heart, the mind, and the physical body else children do not have the mental strength [or the emotional calm] to learn."

"Blessed ones, the opening of despair is through the drug culture and the rock music. This opening into the youth of the world is followed by all forms of masquerading suicide entities. Do you realize, beloved, that in the moment of the decision to take one's life, the only hope held is of death itself, which is a perverted self and a perverted hope?

"Know this, then, beloved—that the fire of Astrea, that the calls for the continual clearing of the astral plane and the naming of these entities day after day will surely reap the harvest of Lightbearers sought by beloved Saint Germain. Though the human cannot be guaranteed, the Lightbearer who is free from all illusions and entanglements with the fallen ones can almost of a certainty be guaranteed to receive the light."

"Thus, beloved, we speak, then, of drugs and alcohol and nicotine and all manner of harmful substances. [The partaking of] these things has caused souls to lose the threefold flame because [as a result] they get into a place of such extremes of the emotions and of words and of deeds [that they open themselves up to the dark forces].

"Violence, then, is the enemy of the soul on the Path; and yet violence comes through substances that enter the body one way or another, even through the environment, and distort the ability of the mind to function through the brain.

"This is the great tragedy that we see occurring [in the lives of] many children of the Light and souls
of Light. This is the cause of Mother Mary’s lamentation, the cause of her sorrow and her tears, that those of Light who have been taken aside by false doctrine and dogma are now in those places where they have been overcome by rock music and by all manner of [chemical] manipulation.

"It need not have been, beloved, for in this century the great Chart of the I AM Presence [and] the great teaching of the violet flame have been available already now for sixty years. Do you see, beloved, that if those who had been in their pulpits, those who had been in their synagogues and in their temples had taken that violet flame—that mighty gift of Saint Germain and Jesus Christ, that mighty gift, beloved—all these things that have assailed the souls of Light would not have been? Had the churches taken in the understanding of the Ascended Masters and the Archangels [and the practice of intercessory prayer appealing to the heavenly hosts]—why, beloved, this is scarcely any different than the [Catholic] concept of [calling upon] the saints—[the world would be ready for the decade of the 1990s]!

"We look for interpreters of the Word. We look for those of the Holy Spirit who do have the gift of translating to others of another mind-set, another cast, what is the teaching of the Ascended Masters that is parallel with their own convictions."

"Behind every murderer are at least a thousand if not ten thousand demons and discarnates ramming—reinforcing the will to kill. And therefore when you read the accounts of crime, you must give pause, you must be still and invoke the full intensity of the judgment for the binding of that chain
of consciousness from that individual who was an ignorant or a malicious tool, what the case may be —all the way back through that chain of energy, through that degeneration spiral, clearing the virus, clearing the consciousness, going to the core of the archdeceivers and demanding that the blood of the prophets and of the holy innocents be required of them this day in the entirety!

"And this is the meaning of the keystone in the arch. This is the meaning of the flame of Life! It is the focal point of the entire building of the temple. And therefore, when used in the hour of the judgment, it can travel right through—all the way back on that anti-Life momentum of Death itself to the origin of that seed. And it is the seed that must be bound in the recesses of the minds and astral bodies and the wicked hearts of the deceivers.

"The seed must be bound in the grids and forcefields that comprise the auras of the Watchers themselves. It is a conglomerate. Looking upon this conglomerate and its penetration and its tentacles throughout the planetary body, John the Beloved himself was wont to describe it as 'the dragon,' as 'the beast.' For it is indeed a mass entity that takes the form of the perversion of the Kundalini."

"The demons which run in packs like hungry wolves (whose name is Legion, for they are many) coming to the fore and then receding with the tides of the astral body and the lunar influences, may run the gamut from omnipotence to impotence, from arrogance and anger to self-pity and acute melancholy, causing the subject to engage in unexplainable weeping, punctuated by fits of highs and lows, ending in miserable depressions. Considering that the demons and entities (who themselves have no identity except the vehicles of their subjects) have various modes of self-expression characterized by addictions of drugs, alcohol, nicotine, sugar, marijuana, sloth, sensuality, and every enslaving human habit, it is not surprising that the pseudoself of the “lost soul” becomes highly defensive of the modus operandi of its own entities."

" . . . The demons cannot assimilate the pure love of Christ as love; therefore, it assimilates them. This love is the all-consuming fire of the Holy Ghost which consumes all unlike itself. You see, the demons function under the law of consume or be consumed—destroy or be destroyed. Let me explain.

"The only way that the demons can conquer love is by turning it into hatred which then manifests on the astral plane as floating grids and forcefields of hate and hate creation directed by the demons at those children of the light in whom dwell the Trinity and the Mother flame. This perfect love—which the demons would tempt you to misqualify by turning it to fear, anxiety, self-doubt and doubt of the Greater Self (and the ghosts of other hobgoblins)—is the liberating force and forcefield that the Almighty has set in motion for the deliverance of all life.

"This love is the energy that flows from the Sacred Heart of the Christed ones. It is the vital essence of the light of the Son (mystically referred to as ‘the blood’ and actually present within the centrosome of the cells of the bloodstream). It is the crystal clear elixir of eternal life which the Christ confers upon his disciples in the ritual of communion.

"This light is coveted by the demons of Death and Hell who must have it in order to sustain their existence beyond the circle of Life in the Father and the Son. Because they have nought of Christ’s love or light within them, they must vampirize it from his children.

"This process is far more subtil than the popular Count Dracula/Frankenstein monster-type activity.
It is rather the permeation of society by mechanized perversions of the love ray—from lust and sensuality, high-priced and high-fashioned, unnatural and unspiritual sex oozing from every advertisement and television commercial, motion pictures, and pornographic photography—all captivating the eye, the attention, hence the energy of the people—to the depressions of a self-centered existence and the art and music forms which violate the universal law of the God of Harmony, who is indeed the very God of Love.

"I speak to you thus of Love. For unless you understand how desperate are the demons to convert the energy of Christ’s healing love to their own vibration of anti-Light, you will not appreciate the war that is being waged from astral shores upon every part of life—the animals, the plant life, and the earth itself.

"This battle of Armageddon is engaged in by the demons and all adepts of the left-handed path who employ the devils to do their ‘dirty work’ for the express purpose of stealing the light/energy/ consciousness of Christ (his blood) in his children and turning it against them in the ultimate defeat of the death of that soul which sinneth and repenteth not. And often, my beloved, the souls who do not repent are those who are held in the relentless death grip of the sinister force and have lost the will to live or fight or eat or breathe, so weakened are they by the heavy depression and density with which the demons weigh them down, down, down—spiritually, morally, emotionally, mentally, and physically.

"Such conditions as prevail among the youth and vast segments of the population, often through drug addiction, require nothing less than Christed liberators complete with helmet and shield and the whole armour of God, accompanied by the legions of light with their flaming swords.

"Now do you see, dear ones, why I have stressed the casting out of demons in my name? Earth has been invaded by the demons of the bottomless pit who have perverted the rhythm of Love in the mechanization of synthetic molecules and in the rocking of the beat of Life until it has become the rocked beat of death, perverting the Mother flame under the fallen angel Abaddon.

"All of the myriad mechanizations of life that was once America the beautiful and the bountiful have for many who have no moorings in Christ’s love turned their joy in life and light to the ashes of self-disintegration. For them—God have mercy—the prophecy is come to pass: 'And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.'

"Therefore to you who are waging the warfare of The Word against the astral hordes of devils and discords polluting the mainstream of America’s life and love flame I say, guard the heart as the seat of Christ’s authority in you and guard the flow of Christ’s energy, lovingly: God Harmony is the Sword and the Word by which we conquer. Guard the flow, guard the love, guard the light, and the earth will endure her dark night of the soul unto a glorious resurrection. And this truly is the sign of Christ’s love within you, that the devils and their hate and hate creation are utterly consumed in your Presence."

" . . . Let no God-fearing individual enter into the casinos of gambling anywhere, and let children of the light refrain from all seemingly harmless games involving bets and gambling. Beloved hearts, the gambling entity is fierce and fearsome. And it is the gambling entity itself which is brought to judgment by the fiery salamanders and the ultimate greed of the fallen ones who erected that hotel to destroy men’s souls, their pocketbooks notwithstanding."

" . . . Beloved, the drug czars appointed by Presidents Bush and Clinton to deal with drugs and drug trafficking have betrayed their trust, have betrayed the people, have betrayed the children. Thus there is a diabolical history of drug use in this land and elsewhere. This will contribute to the fall of civilization. Mark my word, beloved."

" . . . I am standing with you as you shout the shout of victory and the victorious life, as you affirm the Good and deny the Evil, letting your sayings be 'yea, yea' and 'nay, nay.' I AM with you as you challenge the devils who have invaded the temple of the people, the devils who are the imposters of the Holy Ghost and the true Guru and the true chelas who speak with an unbridled tongue which is yet the instrument of unbridled desire. I AM with you as you challenge the enemies of the Lord God Almighty who have taken into their own hands that vengeance which belongs to the Lord."

"Thus, I sent the thought to the Messenger and the thought became reality through you: 'Give the call to Astrea 144 times. See, then, what will transpire in your chakras, in your world-the clearing of the mind, the healing of the soul.'

"I desire this acceleration for you personally that you might walk with your God, with your Holy Christ Self as Mediator, and find yourself, each one, no longer between the fire of God and the fire of hell itself. For it is not a comfortable place to be, beloved. Therefore, strive to enter in. Strive to enter in to the Holy of holies of your own being. Come to the place of safety-spiritual safety, the safety of the soul, and physical safety.

"I, then, recommend that you continue reciting 144 Astreas at your services. Each set of 144 will take approximately two and a half hours and will work wonders in your world for your supply, for your healing, and to strip you of any and all negative thoughts and feelings, states of consciousness, influences from discarnate entities and harmful substances that have lodged in your four lower bodies. There is nothing like Astrea's decree to raise you to a new pinnacle of vision, the vision to know which way to go."

"And thus, in an age of terrorism, in an age of depraved minds made so by all sorts of chemicals (many that are harmful that are a part of the daily fare even of the light-bearers), there is an opening such as there has not been before from the astral plane. And there is a communication through the astral plane—through the vulnerable astral bodies of many upon earth in this era—of the death of the seed of the wicked, the death of the demons and the discarnates. Blessed ones of the light, understand that there is the occurrence of the judgment.

"And as there are masses of discarnates on the astral plane filing into the vortex of the Four and Twenty Elders and their ascension flame, so there is a communication even to elemental life that this is a death spiral. And the communication must be identified by each and every one, for it is the death of that which has never lived. It is the removal from existence, out of the forcefield of the Creator himself, of all that which never should have been, which has been the creation of the Nephilim coming forth out of their godless consciousness."

"I, Jophiel, come, then, with unfinished business and so do the angels of my bands. We require your attention! We require your involvement and your contribution to our work! Yes, beloved, we have not yet finished. And another round in this war against the tobacco industry must be fought and won now, ere we lose a generation and more of children who will find their bodies so toxic that they will scarcely be able to hold their hands still from the aggravation of the nicotine factor in their bloodstreams.

"Precious hearts, there are many attacks upon youth. And therefore I come this day to say that with these reinforcements we open wide our challenge to those who are abusing the life and the lifeblood of children of all ages and adults as well.

"I speak, then, of our challenge not alone to the tobacco industry [but also to the liquor industry]. How dare they, I say, go after the little children and the youth of the world [in their advertising]! Yet they do! And they should be reminded [of Jesus’ admonishment] in this hour, and I speak it into the very ear and heart of their own dense bodies saturated with nicotine [and alcohol] and I say:

"In the name Jesus Christ, any of you who should hurt one of these little ones, it would be better for you that a millstone were hung about your neck and you were cast into the bottom of the sea rather than face the karma that you will deal with for the corruption of the innocents [with the nicotine and alcohol entities]!

"Yes, I speak it! And when an Archangel speaks, beloved, that speaking is out of the mouth of God, for we are indeed extensions of God’s being in the earth!

"We bring comfort to you this day and reassurance. We bring a mighty reassurance to you that you can count on us. Our request is that we might be able to count on you to remember each and every day to make a call to us that will empower us in your town and city and on every continent to go after those who would destroy the children and the youth, whether it be through child abuse—the physical abuse of [their brains and] their bodies—or their abuse by drugs, [alcohol and nicotine] in any form.

"I say to this government, I say to the top echelons of the government and to the presidents of the United States in recent years: You have not fought to win! And therefore I stand before God and I accuse you this day. You have not fought to win this war against drugs! And if you had determined to do so, I tell you, we the Archangels of the Second Ray and all hosts of the Lord would have been right there to assist you! You are not helping the angels in their work; therefore we cannot assist you either.

"And this is a stalemate [because of the involvement of] the moneyed interests of the world, and the cooperation with those moneyed interests by people in high places is a disgrace! Well, beloved ones, many of them are fallen angels and they have been disgraced ever since they left off worshiping the one God.

"Therefore they have been cast out [of heaven] into the earth. And all of the legions of the Seven Archangels go after them daily to protect you and your children from their insidiousness, from their vicious determination to destroy the capacity of the soul to know the living Christ as her own true potential and [ultimately] to destroy the soul herself.

"I also speak as one crying in the wilderness. And we the Archangels did cry through the prophets of Israel! Therefore we cry out to you today through this another prophet in the land and we say to you: Let us go after [the demons of nicotine, alcohol and drugs] together!

"You the spiritual people of America and the world must know that the power of God is behind you. And when you daily use the decrees that we have dictated to these Messengers for the challenging of the oppressors of the youth of the world in the schoolhouses of the world, we will be there! We have the reinforcements! We have the hosts of heaven backing us, for all of heaven is poised now in this hour to determine that earth shall have the opportunity to enter the golden age of Aquarius.

"I say, O people of America and the world, hear my voice, seize the opportunity! For the opportunity may pass. And if it does pass because the people have already become so dense that they cannot respond to our cry, then we will see an era of darkness and grave darkness in the land.

"Yes, beloved, we come to that place of the Y, where all who are servants of God must choose the right-handed path of the living God and shun the left-handed path of the fallen angels. This is the hour, beloved, and I will tell you, it may seem so very simple.

"It has been too hard for the fallen angels, but you who are the lovers of God understand that surrender to the will of God is the key to your destiny. And the ability to surrender, beloved ones, comes from your knowledge that the will of God has been good for you from the Beginning, that once upon a time you knew that and you walked in shafts of wondrous blue fire of that will. You knew your own inner blueprint. You knew the blueprint of a cosmos. You could move here and there light-years away. You had all mastery [of the physical universe].

"Blessed ones, the will of God has never ceased to be good for you. Therefore I say, meditate upon that will, apply yourselves to the Diamond Heart of your blessed mentor El Morya, a wondrous Buddha of the Spirit who guides this organization. Apply yourselves to the heart of the will of God and see how you have gotten out of alignment and why for no good reason you no longer embrace that will.

"Surrender to the will of God is just that. It is not surrender to a human person or to an Archangel. It is surrender to the Great God Self and to your own real being. If you can do this, you will no longer be a house divided [with your members] pulling you this way and that.

"Therefore examine your desires and examine your ignorance, the coatings of ignorance [from a dense] civilization that beget wrong desire, and come to that point, whether through pain and suffering or through enlightenment, where you desire only God, God, God!

"Yes, beloved, give the affirmation:

"I AM THAT I AM and I desire to be, O God, thyself in form, for I see such suffering that nothing that I could want or have could ever be more important than my desire to alleviate suffering and bring all sentient life back to thee.

"Oh, breathe a prayer of love to your God and then join in the march of the Seven Archangels! Join us, beloved, for we would move mountains. We would move mountains even of your karma.

"Do you know that when you volunteer to give your life in service to God, mountains of karma can be temporarily set aside until you serve and gain greater mastery and balance [a certain amount of that] karma in the process so that you may take up [the remainder] when you have a greater empowerment and a greater health and [thus a greater] ability to deal with it?

"So many opportunities are available. But I say to you today, if the children are not being ultimately ruined by what they are being fed in the schoolhouses, then they are being ruined by that which they take in as drugs [and alcohol], as excessive amounts of [nicotine,] caffeine, sugar and all manner of chemical substances whereby they do not even know who they are.

"Do you know, beloved, that we calculate that a very high percentage of all teenagers today are depressed, yet they do not even know they are depressed? And they have no one to talk to about the way they feel.

" . . . it is a most difficult era for children to be born in, to grow up in. [It is difficult for them] to find themselves spiritually [or to recognize] the path of their own divine plan. It is a difficult era for souls of Light and even angels to take embodiment when so many [parents] opt for abortion instead of carrying those babes who come truly as saviours and teachers and those [of every calling] who want to take their place side by side with you.

"Why, because of the alarming rate of abortions since 1973 and even before, I tell you that many, many brothers and sisters and twin flames and those of your own bands of service have not taken embodiment. And now it is twenty years later and we see that those who should have been born have not been born and they would have been twenty years old now or nineteen or eighteen and entering the [spiritual] Path for the defense of life.

"I tell you there is agony on the part of many souls who have been aborted, not once but several times over. For they have so desired to join you, to come and help you [that they have applied again and again to come into embodiment only to be denied by parents who do not want them]. So you see that the divine plan for this century has been aborted because key lifestreams are not in embodiment today.

"Take heed, beloved, lest you become insensitive to world pain; for when you do, that is when you cease caring and cease loving. No matter what the hardness of the earth, no matter what the darkness that may surround you, let your heart be opened even as you heard [Chamuel say] last evening.

"So from the heart of Chamuel, let the heart be opened, even if this may cause you ultimate pain! Be willing to be wounded that you might also be found in the position of being one with the Cosmic Christ and offering that essence of your Light because you have not feared the pain of taking to your heart a suffering humanity."

In a dictation given September 9, 1963, Archangel Jophiel announced that the Lords of Karma would “in due course of time” take action against “the great tycoons of the cigarette industry” and that the karmic law would require them to pay to the last farthing the burden they had imposed “upon the youth of America and the world.” (See 1982 PoW, Book II, vol. 25, no. 46, pp. 439, 444 n. 2.)

In her lecture before this dictation, the Messenger reviewed the events since Archangel Jophiel’s 1963 dictation that have led to a major turnaround in smoking in America. (See Elizabeth Clare Prophet, February 20, 1993, “How Angels Help You to Contact Your Higher Self.”)

Targeting of youth by the tobacco industry. In her lecture “How Angels Help You to Contact Your Higher Self,” the Messenger reported that many people believe certain tobacco companies, such as R. J. Reynolds, specifically target minors in their advertising campaigns.

Cigarette sales to minors are illegal in 46 states. However, since the appearance of Old Joe Camel in Reynolds’ ads in 1988, Camel cigarette sales to minors have risen from $6 million a year to a current level of $476 million. As related on the August 1, 1992 CNN Headline News, anti-smoking activists contend that tobacco companies also target the black community by advertising heavily in black neighborhoods. Critics charge that children are especially influenced by such ads.

"Oh yes, beloved ones, we are the ones who have cleared the way for many improvements in society, namely, for the binding of tobacco, for the binding of nicotine, yes, for the binding of that substance in America. So call upon us and all the mighty Archangels for the cleaning out of this nation of [the drug traffic and] all drugs harmful to the youth. Call for [the judgment of] those in positions of great power in this government who allow it, who know it, who benefit thereby."

"The taking of hallucinogenic drugs, such as LSD and PCP, also opens the mind and the chakras to past records and other planes. Cocaine, crack, and heroin as well as marijuana have similar mind- altering and chakra-rending effects.

"Though some people have felt that they have contacted the spiritual path through LSD or other agents, there is the danger that in taking any of the above you are dealing with unknowns, including bad trips into the astral plane and the violent opening of the chakras. Jesus described this phenomenon when he said, 'The kingdom of heaven suffereth violence and the violent take it by force.' The tearing of the astral/etheric sheath around the chakras by the taking of drugs or the practice of black magic may also create holes in the auric garment, or auric field, which can take decades or lifetimes to mend."

"A step backward from civilization is needed. I have pinpointed a universal problem among chelas of the sacred fire, which is the problem of sugar, refined and processed in any form, and of refined wheat and products that deprive the body of nutrients. These problems that result whether in hypoglycemia or diabetes are more prevalent among those of greater and greater Light because of the problem of the chemistry between these substances and the acceleration of the Light simultaneously in the cells.

"My statements to you, then, set forth what I consider to be an earnest and well-thought requirement for chelaship with myself and my beloved twin flame. Please know that when you make the call and give those inserts so named (which sheets must certainly be duplicated for each and every one of your decree books concerning all of the factors of the enemy of sugar, drugs, alcohol, and nicotine) and when you will daily work with them [these decree inserts] until you have conquered them [these conditions], you will find that you will be exorcising yourself, your loved ones, and your families of those conditions most causative of the ups and downs of moods that result in the failure of tests, as we have already discussed.

" . . . I am taking you up the mountain as swiftly as you choose to run. I am taking you to the place where you desire to be, where you have desired [to go] all of this life and at least all of your years of acquaintance with the Ascended Masters. Somehow you feel that you have not quite made it, that you have not quite become the master you desire to be. And when you look at those things that have not been conquered, I tell you, a high percentage are connected to the body chemistry and the interference in that chemistry by these entities so named.

" . . . Go forth in my name and slay the beast of socialism! Its stench covers the vast landed areas of the earth. Its pollution is everywhere. It threatens the very fiber of this nation. How is it aided? It is aided by the sugar entity that makes people helpless as vegetables. And the sugar entity says through them, 'Take care of me. Take care of us. We demand it.'

"O beloved, I tell you, the sickness and disease that mounts in America would be reduced 50 percent if processed sugar were withdrawn. I say only 50 percent because there are other karmic causes. But, beloved ones, with a 50-percent reduction and the fine-tuning and awareness of the people and their ability to grasp then, with minds full of light, the Path and the Teaching, the other 50 percent would go down by violet-flame transmutation and by planetary exorcisms such as you have engaged in this night.

" . . . Now see the great teams of conquerors. You have called to them. They are here! And if you see them not, watch how you will develop your spiritual senses by divorcing yourself from the world of drugs and sugar and marijuana and alcohol and nicotine."

Find the Truth of Maitreya

"The world is waiting for Maitreya and Maitreya’s coworkers and servants. And they are also waiting for my twin flame, whom they know not. Thus, out of the octaves of nirvana she has descended in a golden orb of Light. And you will see how this presence of my beloved will multiply my action in your behalf.

" . . . Beloved, I long to see you free, and we are determined! And the Presence, then, in this golden sphere of causal body of Light of my beloved does arc the very presence of the Lady Master Venus in that Retreat of the Divine Mother unveiled over the Inner Retreat, so that Camelot, in this City of the Angels of the Christ and the Buddha, shall have that ray and that Light of my divine counterpart.

"And you will know the Truth of Maitreya. And you will receive the initiations individually from my heart daily if you but inscribe, then, a separate letter to me this New Year’s Eve addressed to your Mighty I AM Presence and Holy Christ Self, to me and to my beloved twin flame.

" . . . I have come for the stripping action. And you ought to see your own fierceness of soul and your Holy Christ Self expressing through you the shriveling of that dweller as I speak, for I hold the balance. And when you are in an Ascended Master dictation, that being is holding for you a tremendous balance!"

"Now, therefore, other nefarious powers moving against the evolution of life everywhere have seen fit to use mechanization man, computerized man—plastic man, if you will—as trend-setters, jet-setters climbing after the gods and the fallen angels to tempt, to taunt, and to hypnotize the seed of Sanat Kumara, the seed of Christ in embodiment . . .

". . . I would tell you that the entire drug conspiracy is aided and abetted and embodied by the suicide entity. All who partake of these drugs commit the first in a series of steps of self-annihilation
—the single step toward suicide. And they have calculated their thirteen steps of suicide as the antithesis of the path of the bodhisattva. The first indulgence, the first drink, the first entering in is the preliminary stage of the development of the addiction. And they also begin in the breaking down of the heart, that that heart might become the seat of darkness and death instead of light."

"Today, through my intercession and the intercession of the legions of the Second Ray, the American people are waking up to the physical and spiritual dangers of nicotine. When you think back on how much control the tobacco industry used to exert over the American people and how the percentages of control have declined, it is nothing short of a miracle that in a few short decades the American people should have banned smoking in many public places.

"American tobacco companies are under fire from many quarters. States are suing them for endangering the public health and many people are suing them for tobacco-related illnesses. And there is evidence that the tobacco industry has long known of the dangers of smoking but has refused to implement more effective safeguards.

"One company was forced to pay damages to a man who had suffered from cancer, and hundreds of other similar cases are pending. Eighteen states are now suing tobacco companies for public health damages.

"In order to avoid being investigated, one of the largest tobacco companies is negotiating to turn over documents from the tobacco industry’s own research groups that detail the industry’s knowledge of the dangers of smoking. The documents also show that the industry canceled efforts to create safer cigarettes. In addition, former workers of another company have alleged that their old employer routinely monitored nicotine levels in cigarettes to ensure that those levels were high enough to keep smokers hooked.

"And so, beloved, is anything too hard for the Lord?

"Is anything too hard for the Lord?

"I tell you, nothing is too hard for the Lord!

"No, nothing is too hard for the Lord!

"Not when the people of America decide to take on the culprits of the tobacco industry who are out to destroy the youth of America and the world!

"I AM God-centered in the victory of my bands of angels. Visualize untold millions of angels of the Second Ray winging their way toward planet earth. See how the sky is filled with their glory. See how the crown chakras and the auras of all Buddhas, Bodhisattvas and Avatars of the ages light up the firmament with their hope and their glory!"

" . . . In order for individuals to choose, they must have fact, they must have logic, they must have conclusion. Thus, the details of fact become the fastidiousness of the first ray. Line upon line, carefully research, set before the people that which has been the lie concerning drugs, concerning the imbibing of alcohol or tobacco, concerning all things that plague the body and mind which they take in. Let them be liberated from the addictions that come—come into the body through the senses and the orifices of that temple. You drink in pollution inadvertently by the chakras, by the ear, by the eye, by the mouth. Understand how the very pores of the skin take in the lie of pollution."

The Addiction to the Human Ego

"I tell you, the surfeiting will never come, because the pit is the pit of bottomless desire and the more you indulge therein, the more you want more. And this is the definition of addiction. Whether to drugs or whether to the misuse of the sacred fire or to the rock music or all the ways of the world—the addictions do not go away! In fact, the addictions devour the very soul until there is nothing left and you see the decay and degeneration and death of those who die from their addictions.

"Beloved ones, I speak to you because I am concerned lest you die of the addiction to the human ego and do not even know that the process has taken place before you have made the transition and have once more lost the opportunity of an embodiment! And I tell you, it is indeed a razor’s edge and you must consider that the initiates of the past have had to be one-pointed in that final embodiment toward the ascension."

"You see, through the soul's substance abuse, the negative forces have an inroad to her chakras through her four lower bodies. If the soul does not seek help, ultimately she may become a castaway and lose the sacred fire God gave her from the Beginning.

"All is not lost. The Ascended Masters will go to bat for you. But it is up to you to turn your life around by exercising the free will God gave you. Furthermore, the Ascended Masters urge you to take advantage of drug treatment centers and the most up-to-date methods of detoxing the body.

"So how do you avoid becoming a castaway? You send out an impassioned plea to the God of the universe and to the Elohim Cyclopea. You call to Cyclopea to direct his mighty beacon of the emerald ray to focus on those areas of your psychology that shall surely disrupt your life unless you move quickly to invoke divine resolution.

"Now, it is best to deal with crime on the etheric plane, for it is increasingly difficult to arrest the spiral in the mental quadrant or in the desire body. And if you wait until it cycles into the physical quadrant, you will have already missed the boat.

"So you see, beloved, God is surely working in this place to overturn the fallen angels who use the other side of the moon to move unseen and then to pounce upon the unsuspecting inhabitants of earth."

" . . . the teaching went forth long ago through Helena Blavatsky concerning the use of the physical sword to deal with malevolent spirits. *

" . . . With God nothing is impossible to you. This you must hear and you must know it! And this you must affirm, even to the very depths of the subconscious and the unconscious, whose programming has limited you for many a year. Speak it into the heart of every problem:

"With God, my Mighty I AM Presence, nothing is impossible to me! Therefore I shall do His will through the heart of Astrea and set a planet and a soul of a nation free!"

You have seen the degradation of the bodies, minds, souls and spirits of the youth of this planetary home even beyond [the] degradation that was seen at the time of Atlantis . . . rescue souls whom, I tell you, if they are not soon rescued will become castaways and only drift in outer darkness."

"I AM come into your midst, beloved. Already you are encircled with garlands of blue-flame flowers that compose even my circle of blue flame fashioned especially for the devotee of Light. My sword is also composed of individual blue roses. And thus, this gift of love, formed in the Mind of God, executed by angels of the Fourth Ray of Elohim, does now become a part of you, beloved—a circle and sword of blue flame, a garland of light and a remembrance from the blue rose of Sirius whence some have descended and unto which all may apply for entrance.

"I AM Astrea indeed. And I have encircled this cosmos. And the devils do tremble, not on my account, beloved, but on account of the saints in earth who know my name and invoke me into the physical dimension."
