" . . . Let there be the use of Archangel Michael's sword! Cut from yourself the ties to the underworld lest you be sucked into it by a force beyond your own. Simply take the sword, use it as demonstrated by the Messenger and declare yourself free from those pulls from beneath.

"Plunge that sword into the demons, into the grotesque forms that linger at the partial openings of the mouths of the bottomless pit in this state and elsewhere upon the planet! Be free from those ties, beloved, for your victory is very close; yet by your own measurement [it is] at times very far, simply by your neglect to be it."

"Therefore, if you will take your sword and turn slowly [in place] in a circle and do this daily, as the Messenger has demonstrated for many years, you will know that by and by you will have in fact contacted every line of controversy, every force of anti-Love that has ever moved against you.

"Behold the Chart of Your Divine Presence! Behold the rays of light! Behold, then, how by the
power of the aura of an Archangel superimposed upon you, you may cut across those lines in all dimensions of being, in all directions. And if you use this [technique] for many years to come, you will contact every point of karma that you have ever made in any direction on any system of worlds and you will be directing the fire of God for its consuming.

"By using this action, beloved ones, you are indeed manifesting the presence of the Great Central Sun where you are. And by the repetition, you are literally carving a pathway of the sun rays of light to go forth from your heart. When you see the [auras of the] saints and you see the Sacred Heart of Jesus or the Immaculate Heart of Mary or the hearts of the Archangels or the purple fiery heart of Saint Germain, you can see that your heart flame will also increase by exercise, by allowing [the light] to flow [through your heart]."

"There is no organization—and I say, organization—on the planet that has as much power in the use of the Word for constructive change as this one. And this is my report to you, and you should know it and understand it and esteem your supreme value to the hosts of Light and to the evolutions of this planet as you act in this capacity!

"You have been long told by Serapis Bey that that which is your point of attainment and your greatest Light is the very thing which will be challenged again and again and again—not only because it is feared by the sinister force and the false hierarchy of the media and the churches, but because you must constantly prove your own attainment on that path and, by having overcome and thrust through, be given the opportunity to ascend that ladder.

"Thus, some of you, who have made it your theme of life and your supreme dedication, find yourselves—because you have this attainment in the science of the spoken Word—at a certain level of your being in the etheric octave and in our inner retreats solely by the fastidiousness of the practice of this science. Now, this is indeed a threat to those in this very city who are misusing that Word in the media, in the motion-picture industry, in the multiplication of rock music, in the sale of drugs, and in the absolute perversion of the base-of-the-spine chakra."

"Yes, my beloved, your dynamic decrees are the vibration of the One Sent, the Messenger of God who is the Person of your own Christ Self represented in our embodied Messenger. That vibration is the Word that neutralizes all programming and deprogramming of the fallen ones, all negative projections of outer and inner space, all currents of manipulation and mechanization whatever their source, known or unknow. The spoken Word is death unto the demons of pride and ambition, of the cult of death and the false crucifixion.

"The dynamic decrees dictated to the Messengers Mark and Elizabeth C. Prophet by the ascended masters are the greatest gift of the entire Holy Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood, for they are the means to implement world salvation, to which end every incarnation of the Son of God is come. Use them! Use them! Do not abuse them! Rise above the levels of anxiety that cause you to doubt and fear your own emergent Christhood reflective of the Sonship of Jesus Christ."

"Giving your "Violet Fire and Tube of Light Decree" and your calls to Archangel Michael for absolute protection is essential while you are at the crossroads of intergalactic battles. For you are the ones who are potentially Christs and, in some cases, already Christs, blessed by the Holy Spirit and taking action on behalf of the people of earth."

"I want each of you to have the sense that you can make the call to us and the call will be answered.I want you to be in such fine-tune alignment with your Holy Christ Self and with the Chohans of the Rays and the Maha Chohan that you will make the call and the call will be answered. "And I will tell you how you will know that you have made contact with us and with your Mighty I AM Presence. You will know that you have made contact, beloved, if you have ensconced yourself in the center of the Law. And therefore when you make that call and you make it with determination and fierceness and with the power of your chakras, asking of me or one of the other Chohans a favor or for change in the earth, and you send that prayer up, you may know that you have been heard and it will be acted upon by the ray of light and the vibration that is sent back to you from the heart of the Chohan you have addressed.

"I say try this, beloved. Try this again and again until you realize that unless you daily clear away the debris of consciousness by violet fire, you may not feel that ray of light and that vibration returning to you multiplied by the Chohan's heart flame. And then you may feel discouraged because you think that something is not quite right with you, and you will be correct.

"Therefore, get back to the basics, as the Messenger has taught you to do this day. For with the hosts of the LORD you must build layer upon layer the foundations of the First Ray of Archangel Michael and the Fourth Ray of Mighty Astrea and the Fifth Ray, the ray of precipitation, of Cyclopea."

Posture for giving this decree: Stand. Raise your right hand, using the abhaya mudra (gesture of fearlessness, palm forward), and place your left hand to your heart—thumb and first two fingers touching chakra, pointing inward.

Give this call at least once in every 24-hour cycle.

"When you give the Judgment Call, untold numbers of my angels form a V around you; and they march in formation as they prepare to bind the fallen angels whose time is up. At that moment it is up to you to deliver my Judgment Call in the full power of the science of the spoken Word that the Messengers have taught you.

"Use this call, as I have commanded you, so that my angels might gather the 'tares' and bind them in bundles and burn them, and then gather the 'wheat' into my barn. In this wise, my angels will bind the fallen angels and remove them from the earth!

"Now call to the hosts of the Lord and the Seven Archangels, and empower them in your name to take the fallen angels to other systems of worlds or to the Court of the Sacred Fire, where Divine Justice shall be meted out to them. The deliverance of the people of earth from the seed of the Wicked One has been coming for tens of thousands of years. And today this deliverance is upon you!

"Only give the Judgment Call and my legions shall bind them and take them from the earth! The Great Law requires that the citizens of the world call forth the judgment upon those who make war against the remnant of the seed of the Woman. These are they which keep the commandments of God and have my testimony."

"So he said, 'Decrees work because a dispensation was given.' But he said to me, 'The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away; blessed be the name of the Lord.' That is a quote from scripture. He explained then that 'Decrees work for those to whom the dispensation is given.'

"Now and then I have proposed to him sending decree tapes to various individuals of the world, such as journalists and others, so they could have an example. Morya has explained to me that 'Those decrees will not work for those who are not walking a path of individual discipleship under God in some form, those who do not have a devotion, those who do not receive upon the contact with that teaching a light, an activation from their I AM Presence and from the great cosmic beings who give this dispensation. Decrees don't work for people who have sworn enmity against Almighty God. They don't work for people who will take the light and use it to harm life and have done so in previous incarnations.'

"He explained to me that 'There is a period of opportunity for all who come in contact with our Teachings by securing books wherever they are sold. Those people may be given a month, a year, decades or a whole lifetime to give those decrees and to experiment with them. And those decrees will be answered because of the 'Umbrella Dispensation' governing the planet. But there will come a time in the life of the individual when, unless in the using of those decrees he is serving the Light, he may lose the opportunity to receive the answer to his call.'

"For decrees to work to the fullest opportunity and promises given all the way to the path of the ascension, the Word must be accomplished by works. And as you study the Scriptures and you study the Teachings you will see that the alchemy of God has decreed that we first tear down before we build. You are potential prophets, this is what God did to his prophets—those who speak the truth in his Word first tear down and then build.

"So this process aught to be going on simultaneously. Decrees don't work when the individual comes to the wye (Y, the place of decision between two paths) on a path of initiation. He will not choose the right-handed path, he chooses the left but wants to be able to embody the not-self and have all of the reinforcement of the forces of hell, aliens, all these—the Nephilim gods and their scientific achievements. He wants that reinforcement, he himself wants to be a God, but he will not (he chooses not to) become a God in manifestation by surrender. He will not go through the heart of the living Christ to realize his God-identity.

"So this person desires the best of both worlds. When that individual then calls to the light, but has chosen to live with and to embody his dweller, his decrees will not work for him. The right hand of God descends and says: 'Thus far and no farther, you shall not tread upon the Holy of Holies."

"But the real dispensation of cosmos to us in decrees is that we are ancient initiates and disciples and lovers of God. Decrees teach us how to pray. They are a worded matrix, they are a formula of light, they are a geometry out of the causal body of the master. But the mere repetition of the decree is not what makes a decree work, but it is the endowment of the Words with the sacred fire. That fire must be in us to some extent, even if microscopically here below.

" . . . And since there is an intermingling of light and darkness and those of light and those of darkness on this planet, we find there are some individuals on this planet for whom decrees will not work because they have chosen that left-handed path.

"And he [Morya] said to me, 'Do you realize, daughter, that by the withdrawal of the dispensation not one of these names, nor their pronunciation, could give those not entitled to the light an erg of energy? And the day could come when all who had responded and would respond to the Light and the path lawfully had made their choices, taken their leave of this planet, where there would be no longer any dispensation. And therefore the combination would no longer be there, the key would not be there, they could recite those Words all day—the decrees would not work because there was no dispensation and no heart of fire qualified to the level of being the chela.'

" . . . God respects you so long as you keep his laws. His angels respect your call so long as you maintain your honor and your integrity. You enjoy a very special place in relation to the heavenly hosts and this dispensation, which is why it is so important when you see and recognize in yourself a deviation from the Law [you correct it].

" . . . And if there comes a time when the individual is not willing to have rooted out of him by the sacred fire the substance of self that is an affront to God that separates the soul from God, then he himself must be expelled. For then you see we place an inordinate weight upon our sponsors.

" . . . And this is precisely what has happened to the worldwide community of those associated with this activity. This you might say has come about through an undue leniency on my part. It is absolutely unwarranted.

" . . . They [decrees] work when you agree not only in principle but in practice and in the depths of your feelings of your innermost being with the call and the potential and actual answer to that call. When you are in agreement, in harmony and in alignment you can make very swift progress on the path.

" . . . I would like then to seal this Teaching in your hearts by expressing to you the concept of the maximum opportunity that is in our hands today. And the first thing we have to do with that opportunity is regain opportunity lost to El Morya and therefore lost to us."

" . . . Thus, beloved ones, the diligence and the astuteness of the decreer is important. It is important that you make attunement with the highest Source of your I AM Presence. It is essential that you fast weekly—that your sensitivities beyond this octave be quickened and that you can determine easily what forces you are dealing with and therefore not be set back or, pray not, be overturned by any attempt of the fallen ones to move in. For the more you enter into this service, the more you become truly Maitreya in manifestation as the bodhisattvas serving under him, the more you become the most undesirable to the hordes of darkness."

"My recommendation is that you use the decree tapes. In fact, I made the decree tapes because Lanello said to me one day, 'If you do not standardize the decrees and how they are given and put them on tape for this organization, our work with decrees will become a lost art with your lifetime.'

"He said, 'In fact, it is becoming a lost art in your lifetime,' in my lifetime. And why? It's because people do their own thing. They get into a habit and a momentum of decreeing, which is nothing like Mark Prophet decrees or how I decree."

"All who have ascended contain this Light, beloved. We give it to you, but we are one half of the whole and you are the other half. Heaven does not take from you your free will. And the [exercise of] free will [in the decision] to be silent, this is the most dangerous decision of all.

"Not only do you have an obligation to use the power of the Word to increase the intensity of that Light here below, to create your own central sun magnet, to have such a mighty thrust that our return to you can wholly fill your house, but you also have the obligation to use the spoken Word to speak out in the face of injustice, to admonish those who go in paths of self- destruction, to rebuke the devils who would rob and steal the Light from my little ones and let them tremble before the living God within you.
