"If You Seek the Fire of the Holy Spirit—

The merciful heart is an abundant chalice
that can never be filled with the Holy Spirit,
For it can contain even
the limitless flow of the Holy Spirit.

Therefore, if you seek this day the key
and to know why you have not known this fire,
this fire of the Holy Spirit in your life,
this quickening of the mind,

these gifts that I bestow,
I bestow carefully, carefully
and not without merit by those
upon whom they are bestowed—

If, then, you observe that that fire
is missing from your life,
Begin at the beginning.
Let the chalice be fashioned as a tulip cup
of purple and violet and pink.

Go about this world, then,
dispensing mercy as the intense love—
love that is compassion,
love that does forgive,
love that does bathe another,
that does wash the wounds
and cleanse the heart and purify the soul.

"Those who would speak with new tongues must understand the elements of the pursuit of the Lord’s Spirit—the intense striving of the chela of the Guru that can be explained only by the soul on fire with the holy zeal of the Lord’s Spirit.

"They have touched the hem of the Comforter’s garment. They are entering into the fiery baptism. Hour by hour, the chelas of the will of God commune with the Word. They intone the Word and they feel the flow of the sacred fire rushing through their temples. To them, Pentecost is not a day but a lifetime of experiencing moment by moment the infilling fire of that Holy Ghost.

"They understand the supreme gift of speaking with new tongues as it is given for the crystallization of the Word of God from the Spirit to the Matter cosmos. Their celebration of the Word can be heard in their masterful giving of the mantra of the Mother. It is heard in the soundless sound of the secret chamber of the heart where the soul of the devotee communes—through the agency of the Holy Spirit—with the Lord Christ himself, who enters there and initiates the cycles of an expanding Threefold Flame.

"Truly the soul, born again by the Spirit, acclaims by that Spirit that Jesus Christ is the incarnation of each one’s I AM Presence and Christ Self. And those who have the testimony of Jesus Christ
by the true Spirit of prophecy that is upon the messengers are they which testify of him. And with the new tongue of the sacred fire they overcome the dragon by the Word—the sacred Word sharper than a twoedged sword—of their testimony."

"Some of you, because you have been preparing for many years for this initiation, will experience that transfer with the final release in this series. Others will take my Pearls and study them and pore over them until the quickening comes, as on the day of Pentecost. Then the wind rushing through the tall pines or the palm trees will signal a presence that is more than that of sylphs. It will signal the presence of the Maha Chohan.

"To be 'all with one accord in one place,' as the disciples were on the day of Pentecost, means to be found in harmony with the Christ in every one of the members of the body of God. It means to be found in the likeness of the geometry of the law of harmony. It means to be transparent for the flow of fire.

"The cloven tongues of fire that sat upon each of them are the twin flames of Alpha and Omega; and they signify that each one has partaken of the blood (Alpha) and the body (Omega) of the Christ. These cloven tongues, as the wings of the Spirit which alighted upon Jesus like a dove when he went to be baptized of John in Jordan, are the seal of the love of the Father/Mother God bestowed on this 'my beloved Son, in whom I AM well pleased.'

"Being one with the Christ of every member of the body of God, the disciple who has received the flame of the Holy Spirit is able to speak with other tongues—not only the tongues of men, but also the tongues of angels—as the Spirit gives utterance to the affirmation of the Word in every facet
of the jewel of the Christ consciousness as it is reflected in angels, elementals, masters, and the sea of humanity.

"Paul said that to affirm that Jesus is the Lord can come only by the Holy Ghost. Indeed, it is the Holy Spirit that reveals to every heart the true nature of man and woman to be the Christ. And without that Spirit you can neither see, nor feel, nor hear, nor touch, nor taste that Christ—whether
in the teacher, in the Mother, or in yourself.

"To each of the disciples is given a gift of the Spirit. This comes about as the Holy Spirit quickens within each one a specific aspect of the causal body. This is released by divine decree as a dispensation of light—a descending pearl of great price, if you will—which bursts in the consciousness and illumines the mind. And so Paul saw the diversities of operations as being 'the same God which worketh all in all.'

"And he preached to the early Christians of the oneness of the body of God and of all being baptized into one body: 'Whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free, we have been all made to drink into one Spirit.' And thus there is no schism in the body of the Lord, as the members have the same care one for another as they do for themselves.

"And thus the gifts of the Spirit become the flame that enhances the sacred labor of each part of the body as “to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; to another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; to another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues: but all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.”

"This, then, is the communion of the Lord in this age. And this is his communication. If you will merge with one another in love, in bearing one another’s burdens and in exchanging those burdens for the light causal body of Jesus the Christ himself—then the Holy Spirit will come to you. Do you understand that no one man, no one woman can contain the allness of that Spirit in the plane of Mater? Only in the ascended state can the fullness of that Spirit be realized in being and in individualized consciousness.

"Here on earth, then, the ultimate requirement for the getting of the Holy Spirit is the joyous communion and the love-flow between the members of the body of Christ as Keepers of the Flame serve together with one accord (with one vibration) in one place (in one consciousness), daily merging their energies in the giving of the Ave Maria—the praise to the Cosmic Virgin that arcs the worlds with the resounding 'Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with thee!'

"As they serve together as the staff upholding the office and the mission of the messengers, as they serve one by one in the fields that are white to harvest, laboring a labor of love for the Lord —they are found one in consciousness. Thus they are one at a certain plane of the Christ mind where they converge in the canopy of the Lord’s host hovering over an infant humanity in the manner of the covering cherubim who keep the flame of the ark of the covenant.

"And so as Keepers of the Flame around the world merge the energies of their daily devotions, their service, and their selfless love, they are found to be one on the line of the Christ mind. And there on that line they find the geometrization of the mind of God to be the release of the afflatus of the Holy Spirit.

"Wait patiently upon the Lord, all ye who would know him. For he will surely come. He will surely come. Although you are separated by the miles, by mountains and oceans and a diversity of occupations—remember that as you serve the one God in demonstration of the law of hierarchy, by that same law you must be found one, not only with those who are of like mind in this age but with all others in all past ages who have ever returned to the oneness of the flame.

"This oneness is the same whirlwind into which Elijah ascended. It is the movement of the consciousness of souls striving at a certain tension, a certain frequency and vibration. And until that plane is reached, you will not know what it means to be a part of the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood which functions as the arm of the Holy Spirit at both unascended and ascended levels.

" . . . Hierarchy is no longer willing to bring into organizations sponsored by the ascended masters those who are discordant or those who introduce spirals of disintegration through the rot and the decay of the untransmuted ego. For the body of God must be integrated. And this means the meshing of gears from one disciple to the next until the highest initiate unascended meshes the gears of consciousness with the ascended hierarchy.

"And so our organization upon earth is a succession of wheels moving with wheels and the hum of a giant motor that is, so to speak, a geometrized version of the body of God. But this is not the mechanization concept. This is the automatic integration of all souls who are one in Christ by the Lord’s Spirit with the very fires of creativity that are the essence of God’s being."

"The firstfruits of the Holy Spirit are the oneness and the harmony of the Community of believers, their possession of the Holy Ghost allows them to share all things and partake together of God's blessing. Then we see the fruit of marvelous healings built upon the foundation that the power
of the Holy Spirit gives everyone to understand."

"Remember, beloved, you are not joining a physical church or a“human” church in that sense of the word. You are signifying your oneness with the saints robed in white, your brothers and sisters onthe etheric octave, and the ascended masters.

"And therefore, you must understand that human institutions, as they are run by human beings, are by nature imperfect. And if you are waiting for the perfect church, you will not find it. For in order to get to the perfect church, you will have to ascend to heaven. And your failure to commit to the “imperfect” church on earth will not allow you to enter that perfected church of the saints immortal.

"Therefore,perfect yourself while you are attempting to help those who are yet also in the imperfect state. Understand, beloved, that those who point the finger are those who accuse themselves, for it is often an avoidance technique to cover the multitude of sins that they have in their own lifestream that go back many thousands of years. Those who cannot work as a team player in a community of the Buddha, in a church of the living Christ will find that they cannot work as a team player in the retreats of the Great White Brotherhood.

"Because of karma, beloved, you must begin where you are. You ought to be thanking God that you have come to the place where your karma allows you to become a member of this Church, rather than lamenting that it is not more perfect. And if you are waiting for yourself to become more perfect, beloved, do not ascribe perfection to the human consciousness. This Church is here for your growth and for the sharing of the cup of love, even the communion cup that we bring you this day.

"Therefore, enter in to that communion of the saints on earth and show yourself willing to build and to work shoulder to shoulder with those whom you can assist, whom you may consider to be lesser individuals, less endowed, less qualified than yourself."

"Why come we except for a cosmic purpose? Are there any other purposes? You who call yourselves Keepers of the Flame of Life, I come to underscore the message of the Mother of the World, that you might realize that on this day of Pentecost she has addressed the great need of all Christendom, yea, and of all people. For it is the absence of the sense of self-worth in God that has made the individual unavailable for the mighty release of the Holy Spirit in this very hour. Look upon life and ask yourself, 'Why does not the planet tremble in the very moment of the descent of the mantle of the risen Christ?'

"Most blessed hearts who are a part of my own, know that I have dedicated all of my life to your infillment with the Holy Spirit. Therefore I am called the Maha Chohan. I come and I AM one in Spirit with Lanello, who to you is a sort of saviour and even that saviour who has drawn your soul out of the morasses of life to fulfill a greater portion of your selfhood.

"It is his mantle that descends on this Pentecost to the upreached hands, the outstretched arms of true devotees of the love of God. Who may know what sacrifice of what portion of the self may result in the most majestic and the most humble manifestation of the Word? Who can know how the little things and the great propel one, because one has left them all behind? It is a moment for universal awareness. It is a moment for universal contemplation.

"Mass movements of peoples are at hand; for famine, for war, for earthquake in divers places causes people to be dislocated and relocated. This movement moves on, not escaping the oncoming tide of world karma but greeting it in the very teeth. Having swords of flame, you thrust them forward, you take them again!

"And you remember one, Galahad, who on Pentecost, lo, four hundred fifty years and some after the life lived by Jesus, did also seize, according to legend, a sword from a stone floating in the water and thereby was self-proclaimed as the one who would sit in the perilous seat—the seat [whose occupant] would hold the balance for the Christ incarnate as chief disciple.

"So his name was written and so he was the son of Launcelot. So he came, the Son of the Father, in a mission of Christhood. He saw the Grail because he himself was seen and known of the Grail. Others sought after it and they sought their own sense of the Grail, a personal sense of freedom, the way that they were wont to go. Each one’s conception of the Grail was his very own, almost an anthropomorphic image of God himself.

"You remember, according to the legend, that it was Gawain who betrayed King Arthur. For without subjecting his vow to his king he pronounced the vow within the great hall and therefore made it binding that he would go forth in quest of the Holy Grail. And others bound their vows, hundred fifty and more, and therefore the king did weep and the queen did weep and prophesied correctly that they would not find the Grail and that Camelot would come to naught.

"It was an idolatrous sense of self and of the Grail itself and therefore the witness of the Sangreal was not to them. It was, of course, given again and again. The few worthy knights, Parsifal and Bors, beheld it also. But, precious hearts, those who went after that which they themselves did not contain, those who were not called to behold the immaculate vessel—they, precious hearts, deserted the mighty work of the ages and failed to acknowledge in king and in queen the very presence of the Grail itself.

"I come to warn, then, of the forces of unrest and intrusion and also of the confusing of the mind as to the higher purpose of the keeping of the flame of Life where you are. The Body of God must have the savor of its salt. And the concentrated alchemy of Lightbearers is for the victory of all people and all nations.

"The Holy Spirit has called you to an inner retreat, to the inner chamber of your own heart, to the mastery of the Path. I, the Maha Chohan, call you again. I warn you lest in pursuing illusion itself you miss the very calling of this life. We have selected an outpost, we have drawn a ring of fire around it, and we have said, 'Let us preserve the very salt of the earth as souls of Light, that when the earth requires salting again, the salt will not have lost its savor.'

"Therefore I send the fire of Pentecost that all of those who are the devotees of the avatars of this world and the world to come might know that in preparation for the acceleration of earth and of yourselves individually, we summon, we endow with a light, and we call you to the giving of more than self—the giving of that all that determines the acceptable sacrifice for all who are to be the deliverers in the Holy Spirit of the Woman and her seed.

"I touch hearts who are full of fire here and in the cities of earth. I establish by the Light that I AM, a most intense, [a] fiery-intense connection to this heart in this octave that is the heart of Mother."

Prayer for the Invocation of the Holy Spirit

"O my Lord, I know not what I shall receive when I shall invoke thee! Nevertheless, I am willing. Even as Elijah did smite the waters and Elisha after him, so, Spirit of God, divide the way of the human consciousness! Smite those waters of the astral body! Purify them!

"Quicken me!

"Yes, I can endure the pain that is required for my soul's rising. I do not fear it. I enter the bliss of God. And I do not deny the necessity of pain as an accelerated alchemy!

"But I shall not endure the false pain put upon me by fallen ones. I defeat that by the sword of Maitreya. For I AM the peace-commanding Buddhic presence and I wield the sword of the Spirit. I AM in the heart of my Mother, Kali. I AM in the heart and the midst of the circle and sword of blue flame of beloved Astrea.

"And I AM WHO I AM.

"O Spirit of the LORD, Spirit of the I AM THAT I AM of the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood, I come a supplicant. Receive me, O God, this day! Let thy Spirit deliver me from my illusions and glamour, from my vanity of self. Let the Holy Spirit deliver me.

"O God, I AM ready this day, as ready as I will ever be, and this moment in time and space I must consecrate to my deliverer and my deliverance. For I know the cups and moments, as thimbles infinite in the finite realm, shall continue to come. And they shall pass by and pass me by and I shall reach the term of years and then no longer have the cup of choice in time and space. I choose, O God, not to postpone it:

"This day I AM begotten of thee!

"I AM born again!

"I mark this day as my new birth.

"O Spirit of the I AM THAT I AM, I receive thee now.

"Receive me, O God. And if I am unacceptable in thy sight, purge me, O God! I am willing to be purged. For there is nothing in this life that means more to me than the bonding [of my soul] to my God and my Saviour.

"I have drunk every cup, known every way, seen the end from the beginning through the mistakes of others and their tragedies. I have seen it all in a thousand and ten thousand lifetimes. I choose this moment to be demagnetized from the gravity and the gravitation of this planetary consciousness.

"I shall walk in the Spirit from this day forward and I shall walk in the flesh and blood of my being and I shall know my God. By his grace let my face shine with the inner Light,* that all may see and know that the Light of God in the earth can truly be captured and held in the chalice of a finite being and in the flame that is infinite and unfed in the heart.

"I want the world to know that God inhabits his people; therefore I will show it forth in my temple. And though they curse and despise me, they will know they have seen my God in my flesh. For I repeat the prayer of Job.

"Yet in my flesh shall I see God!"

"And if I see that God, I shall project it upon the mirror of this matter manifestation of the whole world! And those who deny it may meet their God and those who affirm it may meet their God. For all shall meet Him one day, all shall meet Her one day.

"Yes, O Spirit of the I AM THAT I AM, I shall never be ready but I AM always ready. I know this mortal cannot be perfected. Therefore, let it be broken and let my immortality be known. I know that I am intended to embody my God. And by the power of the Maha Chohan and his Love and Wisdom, I affirm my God freedom from my lower self this day!

"Fire of God, consume me unto the consummation of worlds! For I AM the practical mendicant. I AM going forth and I will have my cups filled, ready to give to those whom I meet. I will do it, my Lord.

"Unto thee, O God, do I commend my spirit. Commend thy Spirit unto me and let there be the fusion of worlds in my being this day."

"Know, then, that you hold the key to the balancing of your threefold flame, to the victory of your lifestream and to the victory of all souls of light. Grasp this. Realize it. Walk and talk with God, and know that all that he gives to you this day is a tremendous impetus.

"For the Holy Spirit descends on Pentecost and has been descending for a quarter of a century. And so time is passing. Therefore, we have sent the Messenger so that there will be no mistake: if the violet flame and all services are not accelerated, you may not see a millennium that you would like to see but perhaps darkness, war, et cetera.

"Therefore, beloved, heed and take the warning. And know that the hosts of the Lord move with you daily, and your El Morya travels beyond this world to other places so that he might bring back to you tremendous energies.

"Nevertheless, beloved, do not take any of the Ascended Masters for granted, for they are compelled to move on in the cosmic scheme. And there truly comes the day when there is no further choice for the Ascended Masters. For, beloved, they must move forward, even as you must move forward.

"Thus know, beloved, that all you desire to bring forth from the Great Central Sun rests upon the tremendous energy that you garner in your temple, in your four lower bodies, in this Community and in the worldwide endeavor of Keepers of the Flame.

"Look, then, blessed hearts. Look backward in time and see how many tens of thousands of years you have tarried in the earth. Now is the moment. Now is the moment of your resurrection and your ascension in the Light. You can have it, beloved! You can have it. It is here. And all of the ascended hosts are waiting for you, especially El Morya, Kuthumi and Djwal Kul.

"Understand, O children of the Sun, that God has ordained and God has spoken and said, “Balance 51 percent of your karma, and do this by good deeds and by the will of God.” Know, then, that the shaft of the kingdom of God can and will descend upon you, each one, when you make ready your temple. Accept today that there is no distance between you and God, that your I AM Presence and Holy Christ Self are one and the same, and that you may go forth empowered by your Lord. This is key, beloved.

"Therefore I, the Maha Chohan, come to you this day saying that there is nothing between us. Only doubt and fear may separate us. Each day that you push aside the presence of the Lord the Maha Chohan you are pushing back that Lord and therefore not internalizing that victory.

"Remember what you have heard today and remember that we shall not always be able to be there for you. For it is you who must have the victory. And many of the Ascended Masters must move on, beloved, because if they do not move on (all the while retaining a certain portion of their Causal Bodies in the earth), then earth will not move on either.

"We must have, then, the movement toward God—yes, the movement toward God of every living soul. And it is the Maha Chohan who will bring you to that God-centeredness.

"In the name of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit and the Divine Mother, I seal you in the heart of the blessed Mother Mary and Kuan Yin."
