"I come to the reason for being of our oneness in this Heart. For we are sheltered in the heart of Lord Maitreya. And he desires me, as his pupil, to announce to you that he is dedicating this Heart of the Inner Retreat and this entire property as the Mystery School of Maitreya in this age. [tumultuous applause]

"And I say it with you: Hail, Maitreya! [4x]

". . . I would tell you of our great joy and of the meaning of the securing of this place for the Mystery School. You realiz that the Mystery School of Maitreya was called the Garden of Eden. All of the ascended masters' endeavors and the schools of the Himalayas of the centuries have been to the end that this might occur from the etheric octave unto the physical—that the Mystery School might once again receive the souls of light who have gone forth therefrom, now who are ready to return, to submit, to bend the knee before the Cosmic Christ—my own blessed Father, Guru, Teacher, and Friend.

"Beloved hearts, the realization of this God-goal and the willingness of Maitreya to accept this activity and Messenger and students in sacred trust to keep the flame of the Mystery School does therefore gain for planet Earth and her evolutions a dispensation from the hierarchies of the Central Sun. For, you see, when there is about to become physical through dispensation of the Cosmic Christ the renewal of the open door whereby souls—as students of light who apprentice themselves to the Cosmic Christ—may come and go from the planes of earth to the planes of heaven and back again, this is the open door of the coming of the golden age. This is the open door of the pathway of East and West, of the bodhisattvas and the disciples.

"This being so, the planetary body, therefore, has gained a new status midst all of the planetary bodies, midst all of the evolutionary homes. For once again it may be said that Maitreya is physically present, not as it was in the first Eden but by the extension of ourselves in form through the Messenger and the Keepers of the Flame. And as you have been told, this mighty phenomenon of the ages does precede the stepping through the veil of the ascended masters- seeing face to face their students and their students beholding them."

"O Light, summon my own. I place the star of Surya over the Heart of the Inner Retreat. I place the blue-diamond light, the white-fire/blue-fire sun there for the unification of worlds, for the drawing of forces of Light from well beyond this galaxy.

"O children of the Sun, children of Sirius, know that thy hour is come. For unless thou knowest the hour of thy God appearing, thou shalt remain as the silent rock or the dumb dogs who will not bark.

"Blessed hearts, self-knowledge of the timing of initiation therefore engenders confidence for God-action and God-victory."

"But we expect you to remain obedient to our will to establish the Inner Retreat and all those things that we have designated, to see to it that you have positioned yourselves there and understand that the Great White Brotherhood must maintain a fortress and a retreat of Light whether the golden age is to appear universally tomorrow or whether there be world chaos as a transition leading to it.

"The establishment of this center of Light is for the focus of the Great Central Sun Magnet. It is a positioning for a cosmic purpose, and that purpose is the holding of the balance with great intensity in the full-time action of dynamic decrees which must be engaged in by those who are not a part of the work force day to day in making it happen.

" . . . The company of priests and priestesses of the sacred fire who tend the flame of the altar of the Inner Retreat are indeed tending the flame of the Royal Teton Retreat and our abode in the Grand Teton. They are tending the flames of the governments of the nations and the mandala of God-government in the golden age. They are tending the fires of freedom against those who have already carved up the world to their designs in their con­cept of a one-world government to thwart and turn back and oppose the God-government of the Ascended Masters and the Light­bearers in the earth."

" . . . Let the eagles fly. Let the eagles fly! For the way is known. The sign was given to Martha by Jesus long ago. Let it be known that this is more than a physical place of safety but an etheric retreat of the Divine Mother and the Buddha, an etheric passageway to realms of Light and Victory.

"Thus, out of the mighty Yellowstone and from deep within the earth do the healing waters of the Divine Mother flow, and therefore the Call of the arc of the Western Shamballa is the anchoring there of the retreat of Fátima. Thus, this is the true Call we make in this hour, that Fátima, our Fátima—as the place where Mary does speak and is heard and [is] not denied by Church or State
—that Fátima be reborn [in the Heart of the Inner Retreat] even as Camelot is called again [to be built at the Royal Teton Ranch].

" . . . Come forth, O soul! Know the way and the Homeward Way. Come forth, O soul, for the sign of the cross of white fire is the sign of the dove and the forever Mystery School which we fondly, with a tear, remember as that special place where, one and all, we knew the path of individual Christhood."

"Almighty ones of Light I AM THAT I AM, now you understand that the Western Shamballa, sealed over the Heart of the Inner Retreat and extending for many miles radiating out therefrom, is a consecration of a shrine made holy by the footsteps of archangels long ago. Now you understand that the white-fire/blue-fire sun that has come in the establishment of the Retreat of the Divine Mother, with Lady Master Venus presiding over the Ranch, is also the polarity of that Western Shamballa.

"As you have heard, then, and understood, you can see that for aeons heaven has been banking upon this area as a place preserved, reserved, then, for evolutions who will come apart because they have been taken to the inner retreats of the Great White Brotherhood.

"Now in this hour the Seven Chohans of the Rays bow before the Light and the altar of the Royal Teton Retreat where I am. They stand before me and they present their petitions to me before the Lords of Karma.

"It is their request, made formal but deliberated by us earlier, to open, then, universities of the Spirit in each of their etheric retreats where they might welcome not dozens or hundreds but thousands and tens of thousands of students who will diligently pursue the path of self-mastery on the seven rays systematically, mastering most especially the first and the seventh rays whereby they might establish the Alpha and the Omega of their identity, whereby they might establish the will of God,
the divine blueprint, the inner plan for twin flames and immediately begin an action of personal and world transmutation."

" . . . ['Shiva!'] O living Light, draw the line now. Draw the line now! Draw the line now! As thou didst assist Indra, so release and free now our geothermal waters! Release and free now our geothermal waters! [Congregation affirms with the Messenger:] Release and free now our geothermal waters! Shiva!

" . . . Come forth, O Divine Mother! Come forth, Parvati. Come forth, Durga. Come forth, Great Kali. O thou Divine Mother, secure the earth unto the very core of the earth. Secure the Grand Teton and the Royal Teton Ranch. Secure the earth for the Lightbearers all!"

"You must place supreme value upon your emergent Christhood. Treat it as a diamond that must be cut and polished and treasured, beloved. Through these shepherds we may yet hold the balance. We repeat the message, for some have not understood—or in hearing their ears are waxed dull and they do not interpret right action from their hearing! Let the Christed ones then be concerned with their future and the future of the Earth. Let them gather in the heart of the Mount Zion—that is, in the consciousness of God. And in that consciousness let them choose the land we have prepared. And without that consciousness let them be driven from the land we have prepared! For we are not here to receive escapees from personal karma and those who flee in fright.

"The qualification is of the heart and the soul and the fire of chelaship! Thus, desiring must meet the levels of attainment and of self-givingness that we have taught many years through these Messengers and ten of thousands of years to your very persons. Thus, qualify yourselves in the order of the builders and the masterbuilders who have come as a unique mandala of Light. Understand the qualification of the heart and the spirit of noncondemnation and the spirit of God-harmony. And therefore I say to all, hear my Word! For the land itself will not accept those who are there for ulterior motive and alternate reasons. You must understand that the path of sainthood and the purification of the heart is the way of safety.

"And I assure you, even as I reassure this Messenger, that this Mantle of Elohim of the Fifth Ray shall remain with her and unto you a certain guide and a certain vision with whom you may consult if necessary and if need be. This Presence then is for the fulfillment of the transfer to the mountain of God and beyond, for right decision in every area of this ctivity . . . also for the binding of the seed of the wicked who oppose that vision and that truth and who espouse and embody that error. Through you calls to the All-Seeing Eye of God this will be accomplished and multiplied unto you as that opening of the inner vision for which you have longed.

" . . . When you give the sound of the decree of Elohim you enter the aura of Elohim throughout cosmos. And you are a part of the sustaining sound of God that sustains the matter creation beginning with your own physical body and physical cells. And therefore this is why those who have decreed for so long and given the violet flame decrees have a sustaining of the vibration of the Central Sun that turns back the years and turns back the deformities and results in the transmutation of the genes inserted into the seed of lightbearers by the seed of the wicked.

"And that initiation of Christhood, beloved, demands obedience to the law of sound, rhythm and the cosmic music of the spheres. For should you who would be entrusted with God's power in this age go out of the way of harmony and disobey the voice of the Messenger when the command is given
—'Peace, be still!'—or when you cease your peace and remain in discord, when you refuse to stop and arrest the spirals of death and decay and rebellion, in that moment, beloved, you must not have the power of God at your disposal to misuse. For so grave a karma should come upon you to sin against Elohim.

"Understand the command of 'Peace, be still!' of the Lord Christ. It is the warning: if you will be not still you are in danger of making grave karma by your continuing actions misusing the light of the seven chakras. You must speak it to the carnal mind in yourself, to the tramp thoughts that upset you! For it is one thing to have concern and lawful concern. But if your life is tumbled and tossed by your concerns, beloved, you are also in a vortex that is a downward spiral."

"And God our Father has demanded this day that you now repay what you have taken in light by giving, multiplied by the squaring of that light, to earth's evolutions, what you have been given and what you have taken at the altar of God."
