For the Selective and Discriminatory
Judgment of the Cosmic Christ

Beloved Alpha and Omega, O Light of the Ancient of Days, Gautama Buddha, Lord of the World and God of the Earth, hear our call—as above, so below—as our witness before the altar of the Holy Grail, before the flame of the ark of the covenant.

Seal, then, the hearts of light! Seal their temples and their four lower bodies and their tents and their dwelling places. Seal the elect of God and the remnant in every nation!

Let them now receive the guardian action of the mighty flaming sword that does keep the way of the Tree of Life within us, within Eden, within Camelot and our Inner Retreat, and every place so dedicated by this altar of God—by the mighty altar of our witness, the I AM THAT I AM, beloved Saint Germain and Jesus.

Lord God Almighty, I call in this hour of world turmoil and the tormenting of hearts that there might be a sealing action; and that as these things must come to pass, if they must come by divine decree, O God, therefore let there be the selective judgment, the discriminatory judgment of the Cosmic Christ, of the Lord of the World, of Lord Jesus and our own Christ Self, and all of the saints, ascended and unascended, who are a part of the body of God.

Therefore we say, O God, let the Watcher and the violent man, let the Evil One and the wicked seed be bound and stripped and judged this day. Let the demons be bound! Let them that howl be bound! Let those who cry out against our God, against his tabernacle
and his saints and against his name, now be bound and stripped of their power by the mighty Angel of the Lord’s witness!

Lo, I AM that action here and now! Lo, I AM THAT I AM! Lo, therefore, let the Evil One be paralyzed and stripped of all ill—gotten light and power ever stolen from the Light, the lightbearer, or the altar of the sanctuary. Let them be cast out and let them be cast down! And therefore, let the light be withdrawn and let the earth continue in her course unto the New Day and unto the great Golden Age.

So, let our call and answer be adjudicated by thy heart, O God, by thy mighty Cosmic Christ. And let there be the reduction of the tide of evil, and let the mighty tide of Light prevail! Let the hearts of the light-bearers prevail, and let there be the turning of the tide of the betrayers and the fallen ones who move against the City of God, against the Union of America, against the light-bearers in Poland, in Finland, in Russia, in India, in Taiwan, in Africa, in every nation upon earth, especially in Central America.

We demand the reversing of the tide of the betrayers in El Salvador. Let the children of the Light go free! Let the Angel of the Lord appear!

O mighty Angel of the Lord, descend now with thy flaming sword to cleave asunder the real from the unreal. Let Christ be victor over Death and Hell in El Salvador, in Panama, in Guatemala, Nicaragua, and Honduras.

We demand the action of the sacred fire throughout Mexico and throughout all of South America where the light-bearers, rising up now from the very heart of Mother Mary, are ready to come of age and to go forth as sons of God. Let them not be cut down, O God, but let them be delivered by the hand of cosmic mercy.

In the name I AM THAT I AM, beloved Portia, send thy Justice in this hour in the name of Jesus Christ, with thy flaming sword, Amen.

"Understand, therefore, that I, Nada, come with another key in support of beloved Saint Germain’s plan. And it is this (that has already been written and delivered by the Chief of the Darjeeling Council to the messenger): El Morya does desire, therefore, the messenger to hold in this sanctuary prayer vigils for the nations of the earth, one by one.

"And the following is his plan: that the chelas of these nations should supply the messenger with slides and images, pictures taken of the major cities, the capitol buildings, the
major shrines, industry, military installations, educational institutions, the hills, the rivers, the people in the streets, the people in their shops, the people and the families, the baker baking his bread—the scenes of life that may key in the devotees in this sanctuary to a national conscience, a national awareness, and a national karma.

"In addition to the images, we desire to have a concise statement of the current situation of the government, the economy, the background in history, the education, and the most specific problems—such as the problem of drugs, the problem of the sliding toward world totalitarianism, the infiltration of the various secret services of the governments moving against world leadership and the freedom-fighters.

"All of these conditions that may be known should be set forth and organized on cards that can be used by the messenger at the altar to make specific invocations for and on behalf of Saint Germain’s Amethyst Jewel in the nations, his violet flame, and the flag of the I AM Race—and the very crystal of that race activating and bringing together the souls of light who will take their stand for freedom even in the very hour when the fallen ones are moving against freedom and for war. Though they proclaim, 'Peace, peace!' there is no peace; and the peace movement is the anti-peace and the Antichrist. For it would leave the nations of the earth defenseless in the face of those who are determined to cover the earth with their brand of totalitarianism in this hour.

" . . . Therefore, we appeal to the chelas of these nations to prepare with dispatch this information and these photographs and slides so that we may prepare the visuals and you may have the image, throughout your teaching centers and study groups and wherever you are, of a complete prayer vigil for each nation along with the thoughtforms of the masters superimposed—the whirling, swirling violet flame, the action of the sacred fire, and all of this within the very powerful forcefield of the Holy Grail and the altar and the chelas here.

"Thus we bring the nations to the heart of the Mother. Thus we bring the service of the Mother to your homes throughout the nations.

"Once these services are accomplished here, we will then see to it (by the gracious hands of our co-workers in form) that these videotapes will be supplied to you. And then we will announce on a certain day and date, during a twenty-four-hour cycle of that day by the turning of the cycles of the earth, that that prayer vigil will be kept for that specific nation throughout that period somewhere on planet Earth, according to the margents of the lines of the earth.

"Therefore, you will see how the power united worldwide of Keepers of the Flame will cause an intense momentum by the eye magic of visualization, by the image of the Christ within you, and by the science of the spoken Word. This is the power of the heart. This is the power of the sacred fire of the flow of the Word. This is the power of the vision! And it is the power of the soul’s desiring in that seat-of-the-soul chakra, and with all of the desiring of the solar plexus of that desire body, to channel through all of the chakras of being the mighty power of the Lord’s hosts for the victory of the nations of the earth."

"I will give you a clue to the science of transmutation that is needed. It is needed that the ritual of our cloud, yours and mine together, and the decrees to the violet flame be given for each century and half a century of history, beginning with the very birth of the living Christ, who marks the point of the beginning of the spiral of the Light’s release and the Star that was seen over Bethlehem—not only the star of his causal body but his causal body magnified by the Cosmic Christs and the Buddhas and the Seven Holy Kumaras. For it contained the mandate of a two-thousand-year cycle and the divine plan for every light-bearer on earth.

" . . . Well, beloved hearts, you have come lately into the fullness of an outer awareness of this calling and its justice. And therefore, while you have the light of the messenger in embodiment, while you have a light of the continuing order of civilization, I pray you, simply organize the key events of each fifty years of a two-thousand-year period and daily speak them before the altar in your evening vigil and your violet-flame marathons, which I trust will begin immediately.

"And therefore, you can call for the judgment of all perpetrators of evil from the hour of the birth of Christ fifty years hence. Name those that are known in history books and make the calls in general for the dark deeds and the burdens that came upon the world in that epoch.

"Now, many of you are sensitive and you know when you are in a decree session when you have dealt with, when you have handled, the serpents. You sense the planetary clearing, you sense the clearing in the atmosphere and in your aura and in the community. And therefore, you see, you must tarry according to the cycles that you establish, assigning so many years per day. You must then tarry until you know you have fulfilled the flame and you can actually see the flame from the base of that civilization rise to the apex and beyond, and within that record there is a clear funneling of the violet flame and the flame has penetrated through all levels and layers of those dark records.

"Heretofore in the giving of the violet flame, your actions have begun with the present and moved backward. And the call went forth from Atlanta for the calling of the transmutation of the records of Atlantis. This also must be pursued. These are prior to this two-thousand
-year period. These go back twelve thousand years and long beyond, into the distant past."

"The visualization of my blue belt is something you ought to take up. For if you visualize my blue belt as it was illustrated earlier in the century, you may have that blue belt to protect you from the waist to nearly the level of the feet. This mighty band of jewels is an instantaneous armour. I have chelas who never take it off.

"Blessed ones, I greet you in the power of the Great Central Sun. As you look at the rendition of my likeness, see that as I am, so you can become. I will sponsor any and all chelas who wish to give a perpetual novena to me of not less than forty calls to the Great Divine Director daily with works that measure up to that decree and those calls.

"Blessed ones, you can earn an affiliation with an ascended master. And you can compel that master to take you on by so following his path, his word, his life and what he will do for humanity that the Law simply says: 'Welcome, my son! Welcome, my daughter! Walk with me in the valleys, the hills and the high places of the snowy mountains, for you shall be my chela.'

Work for the Binding of the Dweller-on-the-Threshold

"So, beloved, the how and the why. Yesterday you gave to us a tremendous impetus for the judgment of those souls whose time was up. Today, then, I ask you to work diligently and in the same manner for the binding of the dweller-on-the-threshold of those fallen angels who are at the very bottom of the pit of hell itself, as the messenger has diagrammed.

"Blessed ones, what we shall do with that is the following. We shall instantaneously bind the dweller-on-the-threshold of those individuals pointed out for us by the Four and Twenty Elders. Those dwellers will be taken from the planet. Even if those lifestreams must spend more time at that level of hell, they will not have in their sails the momentum of their dwellers any longer. This shall be the prize that you shall have to your credit if you do these calls following this dictation or, as you decide, following your evening meal if you prefer, but today for sure, beloved.

"Then we will go to those who are at the early levels of the etheric octave, those who bear their baggage with them and yet are such bright ones that they still are admitted to the first levels of the etheric octave. Therefore, we shall use your calls for the binding of the dweller-on-the-threshold, for the binding of the dwellers of those souls who are impeded by their dwellers, who have no understanding of what the dweller is and cannot in any way match the chicanery or the treachery of that dweller. This will give these souls, who are otherwise spiritually inclined and desirous of moving on, the opportunity to do so.

"So you see, beloved, at both ends of the spectrum we have a reason to use your calls for the binding of those situations which I have mentioned. If you continue this work and if you continue to have your services on Friday and Saturday nights and if you are linked together, you can accomplish a tremendous good for the planet. In fact, beloved, in looking upon this nation so sponsored by my beloved son, I tell you that these calls that you share—the call for the judgment, the call for the binding of the dwelleronthethreshold, and also the reversing of the tide—these calls, beloved, will avail much in purging the earth, in delivering from those who are weak and bound and poor the heavy weight of the planet that ultimately causes an untimely passage when they ought to be up and doing and in the earth. You do make a difference, beloved. You make a tremendous difference.


Avatars and Cosmic Beings Are Coming to Earth

I will always return to you from my causal body that substance of myself that I will deposit in your causal body whereby you can multiply the good of your causal body and have that multiplied by my own causal body."

"I pray profoundly for earnest souls who have embodied on earth in recent times, some Christ children from their birth. I pray for those who have not found this Path and who work against tremendous odds to achieve their goals. Let me reach these souls, if not in person, then through a lifeline I extend from my heart.

"In the name of my Holy Christ Self, I send ribbons of light streaming from my heart to the hearts of those who are the toilers in the earth and who follow the path of the Bodhisattva Kuan Yin. Those who work night and day to further uplift humanity—through saving the children, the youth, the schools, the nations, the governments and the economies; those working to heal all manner of diseases, or working to transmute the karma being delivered by the four Horsemen in the form of the calamities that have been prophesied and that are coming to pass day by day.

"I pray profoundly for all who are in embodiment who have been sent from the retreats of the Ascended Masters to minister to earth's evolutions in this hour of earth's history."

"In the holy name of freedom let the power of your vision expand. Ask the Mighty I AM Presence and Holy Christ Self to direct the Violet Flame into all the Subconscious and Unconscious energies of every Soul on Planet Earth.

The collective unconscious and subconscious programing are "booby straps" that undermine our abundance. The subconscious when polluted, can do incalcuble harm. The unconscious contains absolutes of Good and Evil.

Ask for the I AM Presence to take dominion over the four components of the mind: subconscious, conscious, unconscious and superconscious minds. By doing this we seal the subconscious and unconscious to liberate us from the tyranny of subconscious programming so they do not become tyrants over our souls.

We then empower our divine self to generate positive energies and impulses in the subconscious and unconscious.

We can seal the compartments of our minds by directing the I AM Presence to enter, occupy and take dominion over the unconscious and superconscious minds and directing the Holy Christ Self to enter, occupy and take dominion over the subconscious and conscious minds.

When we do this and accompany this with the necessary spiritual and psychological work, these dynamic components of our being will produce only good!

Lord God Almighty, O Brahman, O Word, I direct this cloud of infinite energy to now be attentuated in and over:__________________(name location or situation)

From the earth, from the sea, high into the upper atmosphere, I AM now the authority of the white-fire cloud in manifestation spiritually. Through the threefold flame of my heart, I AM commanding the crystalization of the cloud from Spirit to Matter. In the name Brahman, in the name I AM THAT I AM, Sanat Kumara, the seven Archangels and the Archangels of the Five Secret Rays: Take command of Congress, the Federal Reserve, and all plans, preparations and attempts of U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Henry Paulson and Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke to pass a "Blueprint for a Modernized Financial Regulatory Structure" and the $700 billion bailout of Wall Street.

We demand and command the exposure and overturning of this plot to take full control of the U.S. amd world economy. Expose the Federal Reserve System and their history and hold their actions accountable to the American people now! In the name I AM THAT I AM, I call to Beloved Omri-Tas and the 144,000 priests of the sacred fire from the Violet Planet and legions of the seventh ray throughout cosmos to ratify and implement the following decree (given to Saint Germain by Helios for the resolution of economic difficulties):

“Bind the human ego! Bind the power of that ego, then, to manipulate the abundance of Life and Almighty God. Bind the fallen ones manipulating the gold and silver and the precious metals and gems of America!
