And he said unto me, What seest thou? And I answered, I see a flying roll; the length thereof is twenty cubits, and the breadth thereof ten cubits.

Then said he unto me, This is the curse [the Lord’s judgment] that goeth forth over the face of the whole earth: for every one that stealeth shall be cut off as on this side according to it; and every one that sweareth shall be cut off as on that side according to it.

I will bring it forth, saith the LORD of hosts, and it shall enter into the house of the thief, and into the house of him that sweareth falsely by my name: and it shall remain in the midst of his house, and shall consume it with the timber thereof and the stones thereof.... <1>

Zechariah 5

Ho, Jerusalem! Mount up, then, ye sons and daughters of God, with wings as eagles <2> and with the All-Seeing Eye of that mighty Eagle of the Great White Brotherhood.

For the All-Seeing Eye of God is upon this nation, and the All-Seeing Eye of God is upon the nations of the earth and all who assail Liberty <3> as the divine Mother Goddess in the earth.

Therefore, the LORD will not hold them guiltless <4> who deny the Mother flame and the raising of that Mother flame in the very midst of the nations of the earth!

Therefore, let the Light go forth from the very heart of the Goddess of Liberty. Let the Light go forth that is the pinnacle of the crown of the Divine Mother. And let that crown, now, of the Mother be the magnet for the raising of the Light within you!

Sons and daughters of God,

Hear the Word of the Lord in this hour:

Hear the admonishment of the LORD God in the midst of Darkness and the dark ones who open their mouths and there do come forth frogs and unclean spirits <5> of their anger from the bowels of the earth, from Death and Hell itself.

Hear then, sons and daughters of God, of the fallen ones who have gone forth—and therefore they have made of the Word of God a complete desecration and the instrumentation thereof.

The Judgment of Abaddon’s Angels Who Are of the Rock Beat

I speak, therefore, from the living heart of the Cosmic Christ. And I AM Maitreya. And I come with a sword, and I come with a flaming sword, <6> and I come in the very midst of the Word. And I say to you that these fallen ones, every one who has presented himself/herself before the people of earth on this stage of life <7> to send forth the infamy of Darkness in the rock beat—each one is presented before the judgment of the people and the judgment of the Four and Twenty Elders. Thus they are called for the judg­ment in the earth, for the Four and Twenty Elders have gathered and have sealed themselves in Los Angeles and they have not been moved since the hour of their coming. <8>

And therefore the trial is held and therefore they have made their statement. And by their fruits, by the vibration of their consciousness and their anger and their violence and their condemnation and their sympathy for the seed of Darkness and for mechanization man, they are judged—each one according to his works, each one individually. <9> And therefore, fear not. For if any have Light, there­fore the Light itself shall exalt and shall justify. But if the Light that they have be turned to Darkness, how great is that Darkness! <10>

And therefore, the man who does come with the rod to measure Jerusalem <11> has indeed come. And that manifestation of God is the Universal Christ and the twelve mighty archangels who assemble because the ruby-ray judgment has gone forth.

Call to the Holy Angels of the Cosmic Christ
for His Judgment in the Earth

Therefore, though you have not heard of the five other archangels, saving Uzziel, nor of the thirteenth in the center, understand that the hour is come for the ring of light around planet Earth in the twelve gates of the temple of Jerusalem, in the twelve portals to the Holy City, in the twelve gates of ini­tiation ensouled and guarded by the consciousness of the Cosmic Christ and the holy angels of the Cosmic Christ, which as of this hour you may also call forth and invoke for the Cosmic Christ judgment in the earth, reinforcing that judgment of the ruby ray.

Therefore, beloved ones, understand the attempt of these fallen ones of Abaddon and those who have come forth out of the bottomless pit. <12> Understand their desire to justify themselves by espousing a good cause and backing it with a bad vibra­tion. The LORD God will not be fooled! As it is written, the LORD will hold them in derision. <13> Therefore, we say again, “Let them howl!” <14> They have no power, their day is done!

And earth is sealed in this hour once again by the Great Central Sun and the Great Central Sun Magnet. And you may know that you stand in the order of the Lord God in this hour—in the order and the honor and the privilege of the sons and daugh­ters of God.

God-Harmony and Christ-Truth—Escutcheon of the Tribes of Light

Let your union be in God-Harmony and Christ-Truth. Remem­ber this: God-Harmony and Christ-Truth. This is the escutch­eon of the saints, this is the banner, this is truly the mark of the house of Israel. Therefore, ye tribes, be not those who mourn in the earth. For the tribes of Light are truly bands of angels—angels who descended under the auspices of the twelve mighty arch­angels through the seed Sanat Kumara.

Fallen Angels Infiltrate the Twelve Tribes of Israel and Judah

The Ephah

Then the angel that talked with me went forth, and said unto me, Lift up now thine eyes, and see what is this that goeth forth.

And I said, What is it? And he said, This is an ephah that goeth forth. He said moreover, This is their resemblance through all the earth.

And, behold, there was lifted up a talent of lead: and this is a woman that sitteth in the midst of the ephah.

And he said, This is wickedness. And he cast it into the midst of the ephah; and he cast the weight of lead upon the mouth thereof.

Then lifted I up mine eyes, and looked, and, be­hold, there came out two women, and the wind was in their wings; for they had wings like the wings of a stork: and they lifted up the ephah between the earth and the heaven.

Then said I to the angel that talked with me, Whither do these bear the ephah?

And he said unto me, To build it an house in the land of Shinar: and it shall be established, and set there upon her own base. <15>

Now hear this, ye Jerusalem and daughter of Zion—hear this! For the impostors and the fallen angels and the Nephilim gods, they also sent their own emissaries to join these twelve bands of angels to infiltrate even the tribes of Israel and Judah, and therefore to be dark seed among the seed of Light—always con­fusing the issue, always entering in and intimidating and drawing the children of the Light into the practices of Evil solely for their condemnation, solely that they might hold them up and say, “See what the seed of Light do! Therefore we justify our own Evil by their error.”

And there is a difference, beloved ones, between Evil and error. <16> [Absolute] Evil is the Darkness espoused by the rebels against the Most High God. It is an energy veil spawned for a purpose and that is to cloud, to hide, to confuse the ineffable Light of God. It is a modus operandi for an end: and that end is the total destruction of the souls of Light.

Therefore, those who practice Absolute Evil by being the mouth­piece for the angry ones and the rebel ones and the forces of Darkness, those very ones now attempt to say, “We are not Evil [i.e., of the Evil One]. Perhaps we have gone astray, perhaps we are in error. But because the lightbearers do it also, therefore we too come under the canopy of the mercy of God that does endure forever.”

Thus [by specious reasoning] they have sought to enter in—into the very tryst and heart of the Holy of Holies of the Cosmic Christ and the lightbearers of Sanat Kumara.

I say, They shall not pass! They shall not pass on this the Lord’s Day of the judgment of the ruby ray, which they have sought to deflect, to dodge, to circumvent. Yet they have not accomplished their end, for they are exposed!

And what of the people? Those who have shared in their vibration by an inner conviction, [those who have participated in the works of the workers of iniquity] by an absolute confirmation of that Evil that does work through them, are similarly judged.

And all others who come because they are drawn out of the good­ness of their hearts in true compassion for those who indeed ought to be fed, for they hunger and they thirst, <17> those who are in error and have the Truth within them and the flame of God-Harmony—they are called by the true shepherds, the World Teachers, to be taught of their representatives who are none other than the ministering servants and the Keepers of the Flame of the Goddess of Liberty. They must be God-taught and the line must be drawn.

But those who are the sympathizers with the same vibration of Absolute Evil, they also receive their judgment as sponsors and as electrodes for the force of Darkness and of the Nephilim in their spacecraft.

Fallen Ones Attempt to Predict and Preempt
the Ruby-Ray Judgment and Initiation

Therefore, beloved, understand that the calculations of the fallen ones are precise, according to human and earth knowledge. Thus they could anticipate by scientific means the on­com­ing of the ruby-ray judgment, but they have not the where­withal to predict the Wisdom of Almighty God within His members in His Mystical Body in the earth.

Understand, therefore, their determination to nullify and preempt the Light of the ruby ray. But they shall not pass—they have not passed! And for the implementation of God’s holy will in this hour, you must remain in the integrity of the cosmic honor flame and fear not to speak out in denunciation of the fallen ones and their pernicious ways purveying a culture of death through rock and drugs.

In the name of the living God, I say to you: when they and their ways are welcomed in the churches of the world and are participated in by those of the faithful, it is high time to take your stand and be worthy of the ridicule of the earth and the praise of the Almighty.

The Divine Decree of the Resurrection Flame

Therefore, we give to you the divine decree in this hour for the alternative to the decelerating and descending spirals that they have put forth. It is the way of Life, it is the way of my mantra:

I AM the Resurrection and the Life.
God where I AM IS the I AM THAT I AM—
IS the Resurrection and the Life of God within me!

Let the resurrection flame blaze upon the altar of your being. And in silent, active protest therefore guard the flame as the 144,000 virgins of God <18> who keep the holy Light in the Holy City, who understand that the power of God is the raised ‘serpent’ Light. And the sealing of that Light, beloved, is your key in victory, as you must personally and directly challenge in the earth this Darkness.

An Hour for Healing and the Sacred Fire Breath

Therefore we come. We come for the healing of the breaches. We come for the healing of the roads within the subconscious, of patterns where energy has descended in any form of discord or mis­use of the sacred fire. We heal those channels and fill them in. It is an hour for healing so that you might raise up a more power­ful Light of the Mother within your temple than you have ever done before. And if you would heed and use the breathing exer­cise of Djwal Kul <19> daily, morning and night, you would find yourself increasing the sacred fire breath.

Thus build upon this foundation and keep the force of Light in your heart and in the crown and the third eye, and see how the mighty light rays of the ruby ray will go forth from your heart and will be the judgment, will therefore be the anni­hi­la­tion of Absolute Evil and its effects in the earth. And the remain­der of the judgment of the purveyors thereof is the Lord’s judgment.

And remember this: the LORD, He is judge, <20> and you may not discern except by vibration as God discerns vibration.

The Goddess of Liberty Prepares You for Maitreya’s Mystery School

Thus, there is no fanaticism in the activity of the Ascended Masters and there is no hatred of anyone, there is no condemnation. There is the centeredness in the very heart of the Goddess of Liberty, who takes you into her very hand in this hour, making you, beloved, composite flame—flame and torch of illumination, each one contributing the fire of the heart.

And the Goddess of Liberty steps forth today to initiate you and prepare you for the further initiations of the Mystery School of Maitreya.

Beloved hearts of the living flame and of the sacred fire, I am in the very heart of the Goddess of Liberty. And the Goddess of Liberty’s heart is one with your own in this hour, rais­ing high the torch of the way of the Divine Mother. For the Teach­ings of the Great White Brotherhood are the way of the Divine Mother.

The Way of the Divine Mother

And I remind you, beloved ones, of the prophecy of your own Messenger Mark, who said, “One day all must make the choice between the way of the spacecraft and mechanization man and the way of the Divine Mother.”

Remember this—that the way of the Divine Mother is the fullness of Her fire within your members. Remember this and intensify your call, beloved. For you must be found spotless beneath your own Mighty I AM Presence and Holy Christ Self, embodying that Word and striving in the path of known virtue, acceptance of hope, and possibility for self-transformation.

No Sponsorship for the Mouthpiece of Darkness

Away, then, with those who present themselves as chelas and say, “There is no hope, there is no way. I cannot go forward, I must leave.” Then leave and leave this day! For we will not have this self-pity and this mourning in the circle of fire.

And therefore we call you at your word. If you will be the mouthpiece of devils when all that has gone forth in this hour is before you, then go their way and drink their sop and have their sub­stance. For we will not console you when you have failed to console the Lord Christ in yourself and in your midst and in this community.

Let those who come forth with the dastardly speech of Death and Hell know that they have forsaken the altar, they have forsaken Maitreya, and Maitreya will no longer sponsor those who are the mouthpiece of Darkness.

The Work of the Lord at the Altar

Therefore, let not the chelas in this community avoid the altar in the name of work, for Work is spelled with a capital W, and it is the Work of the Lord. And the Work of the Lord is the alteration within the heart before this altar, and you may not absent yourselves in the name of human work.

Even though you call it the Lord’s Work, it can never be the Lord’s Work when it is an excuse for the avoidance of the con­tact with the sacred fire. And therefore you build a wall around yourselves that is not a wall of light but a wall of pre­ven­tion from my entering in.

Therefore, I shall enter in and I shall pursue you as the hound of heaven. And I will pursue you until every last vestige of that human stubbornness and pride is consumed. And you may do the Work of the Lord in the sanctuary—of building the cathedral of the heart, building the great pyramid of Life and the mighty Work of the ages.

And you may know that I, Maitreya, have heard. And I tell you it is the last time that we will receive this lamentation regarding the Work, for we do not have mechanization man, rote performance, drone bees who are manning this focus of Venus.

We are the lively ones, and the lively ones shall remain. And therefore, El Morya requests the departure of all those who are in that consciousness of Darkness. For it is a shame upon the name of the Great White Brotherhood that this condemnation does continue and therefore does block the Light and the entering in of those who are the true Keepers of the Flame of the Goddess of Liberty.

Judgment of the Impostors of the Universal Christ

Beloved ones in the Light, the Mystery School has opened. <21> It remains open. And because it is open, those who are the impos­tors of the Universal Christ are judged. You have seen the day of their infamy. You have seen the day of their pride and their pleading for a good judgment from the jury of the people.

I can tell you that the Four and Twenty Elders and the Holy Christ Selves of the lightbearers of the earth are those who are in the center of the Light and who manifest the true and just judgments of the Lord.

Therefore it is done—daily there shall appear on the stage of the world others who are the betrayers. Therefore, do not fail to recognize what is the meaning of the ruby ray in your midst and what is the meaning of the Path.

You may not accept a former state or level. And if you fear and quake and tremble at my coming, I admonish you to hasten your own slaying of that substance and to call to me to replace it with Love; for you may not remain in that earthquake consciousness, quaking and shaking. For we will not have a nucleus of those who begin the earthquakes of the earth in our midst, who have some consciousness of fear of the Lord when we have presented nothing but Love to you year after year after year.

If you have perceived our Love as hatred, as condemnation, as rote performance—if you have perceived Love as hatred and fear and doubt—then I tell you, you are of all people most miserable and you ought to go forth and find another Teacher!

For we have given the Light that is required of the Great Central Sun and the Cosmic Council for your benefit. We have sent forth that Light and that Teaching, and it has been given many times over the required level, insomuch as we have gone after you in the fullness of the Law and far, far, far beyond. We have gone well beyond the seventy-times-seven. <22> We have stated our position and we will no longer stand in the presence of the mockers of our Light who dally in their own human nonsense.

Let it be understood that there are miles of chelas on this planet who await the opportunity to come into the presence of the Lord Christ, and we will not allow them to be blocked any longer.

The Hour of the Resurrection Flame

Therefore heed my word, ye ministering servants. It is the hour of the resurrection flame. It is time for the resurrection! It is time for the raising up of the sacred fire! It is time that you use the mantra “I AM the Resurrection and the Life” <23> and then continue with the affirmation of all things in your life that require filling in.

And therefore if you have doubt you say,

I AM the Resurrection and the Life of God’s faith within me now!
And I refuse to accept any alternative of doubt and fear!
I AM the Resurrection and the Life of all Love within my world!
And I refuse to accept its opposite or its impostors,
or any human sympathy, or to use my human cunning
to evoke the human sympathy of my fellow co-workers.

This we will not stand for. Those who are not able to stand before Lord Maitreya and receive the compassion that is freely given will not therefore circle themselves round with human pity of others because they do not want the true compassion, which is the chastening of the Lord and the very swallowing up of that human indulgence.

If it is indulgence you want, go forth. For the world is ready with much indulgence for each and every one of you, if you care to cry upon the breast of the world’s mothers in the human octave.

Realize, then, that the choice is made. And we move forward in the resurrection flame, and that resurrection flame is your life. Take it, seize it, and accept it this day, beloved!

Ministering Servants Preach the Word by the Way of the Heart

Ministering servants of the flame, I counsel you, then. Representatives of the Goddess of Liberty, I counsel you. The way of the preaching of the Word is the way of the heart—it is the Love of the heart, it is the Wisdom of the heart, and it is the Power of the heart.

If you are lacking in these, you must go after the freeing of your heart chakra and the freeing of your Holy Christ Self to mani­fest there. You must pursue it! You must raise your voice on high and be not fearful of injuring yourself in so doing.

For you must truly go to battle with all of the calls that have been given you from the heart of Archangel Michael and the Mes­sen­gers. And these calls are adequate if you put behind them the fervor of your will. And they are adequate to overthrow all of your human consciousness, all of your doubt and your worrisome ways.

Keep Pace with Maitreya, Morya and Kuthumi: Intensify the Call

And if you desire to be, then, on the trek and on the trail with Maitreya, El Morya, and Kuthumi, you will have to keep pace. And you will have to give the call that is intensified sufficiently for you to resolve all of your human problems and situations and to arrive at the right place on January 1, 1987.

I tell you, beloved ones of the living flame, it is truly the hour of the coming of the Cosmic Christ. Therefore do not fall back and fail in that fear and say, “I cannot.” You are saying to God that you will not. And we will not accept it, for you must be doers of the will of God.

Therefore choose you this day whom you will serve! For I, Maitreya, will not leave this company or campus or our Ranch, nor will I leave the homes of Keepers of the Flame until and unless they tell me to “Get thee hence.” For I will be there and I will de­mand your utmost. I will demand your attentiveness to the Light.

The Measuring of Jerusalem

As the judgment is come for the fallen ones, so there comes also the evaluation and the assessment—the measuring rod for the measuring of Jerusalem, the twelve tribes and the temple therein. <24> Thus heed the call and the warning, beloved, for the hour is come to go up into the Heart of God.

Let it be so, and let the resurrection flame prepare you to present the Light and the Teachings of the Masters. May you heed our call and understand our priorities and learn to embody them according to the dictates of your own Holy Christ Self.

Therefore, do not come with human solutions and plans, seeking our ratification. It is not necessary to do so. We have sent forth the call and the plan. If you will come with us, we will move together. If you will have your own way, go to it.

Experiment another round in your free will and your human will—it is your prerogative. But do not expect that you will be able to catch up to the momentum of our acceleration when and if you should ever desire to return.

Thus, the fate of those who betray the Great White Brotherhood is well known, and case after case could be pre­sented to you in this hour. We shall not do so lest the finger be pointed that we attempt in any way to sway you by fear.

Thus we say, fear the Lord God; Him only serve. <25> Establish thyself in the seat of the Goddess of Liberty.

In the holy name of God, I AM Maitreya. And I tell you, my coming is truly my descent. And my presence here does signify that the Law itself no longer tolerates the human stubbornness of the seed of the Sanat Kumaras. [Master chants.]

This dictation by Lord Maitreya was delivered through the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet in the Presence of Lord Gautama and Kuthumi on Sunday, July 14, 1985, at Camelot. Before the dictation, the Messenger read Zechariah 2 (see Pearls of Wisdom, vol. 28, no. 35; no. 36; and n. 1 of no. 36).

1. The eighth vision: the flying roll. The Reverend C. I. Scofield’s interpre­tation of Zechariah 5:1-4 quoted at the beginning of this Pearl is as follows: “A ‘roll,’ in Scrip­ture symbolism, means the written word whether of God or man (Ezra 6:2; Jer. 36:2, 4, 6, etc.; Ezek. 3:1-3, etc.). Zechariah’s eighth vision is of the rebuke of sin by the word of God. The two sins mentioned really transgress both tables of the law. To steal is to set aside our neighbor’s right; to swear is to set aside God’s claim to reverence. On Saturday, July 13, 1985, over 60 rock superstars participated in Live Aid—a 16-hour benefit concert broadcast live on radio and television worldwide to raise money for African famine victims. Two concerts were staged concurrently in London and Philadelphia and beamed by 14 satellites to an estimated 1.5 billion people in over 100 coun­tries. In London, the concert began at 7 a.m. EDT in Wembley Stadium before 72,000 fans, with Prince Charles and Princess Diana inaugurating the event. Two hours later, Joan Baez kicked off the Philadelphia concert in the John F. Kennedy Stadium before an audience of 90,000. The Soviet Union contributed, via satellite, a performance by its rock group Autograph. Bob Geldof, lead singer of the punk rock band Boomtown Rats, nick­named “Saint Bob” by the British press, has been nominated for the 1985 Nobel Peace Prize for masterminding the entire extravaganza. Geldof organized Live Aid with Bill Graham, the USA’s best-known rock entre­preneur. The event was produced by Worldwide Sports and Entertainment and raised an estimated $40-55 million.

The elements are: an ephah or measure [one ephah = 1 bu. 3 pts.]; a woman in the ephah; a sealing weight upon the mouth of the ephah con­fining the woman, and the stork-winged women whose only function is to bear the ephah and woman away into Babylonia (Shinar). These things were out of place in God’s people and land. Symbolically He judged them as belonging to Babylon and sent them there to build a temple—they could have no part in His. The ‘woman’ was to be ‘set there upon her own base’ (v. 11). It was Jehovah’s moral judgment upon Baby­lon­ism in His own land and people. Prophetically, the application to the Baby­lon of the Revelation is obvious. The professing Gentile church at that time con­don­ing every iniquity of the rich, doctrinally a mere ‘confusion,’ as the name indi­cates, and cor­rupted to the core by commercialism, wealth, and luxury, falls under the judg­ment of God (Rev. 18).” (The Scofield Reference Bible, p. 969, n. 1.)

In his May 31, 1984, Ascension Day Address delivered in the Heart of the Inner Retreat, beloved Jesus announced the dedication of the Inner Retreat as the Mystery School of Maitreya in this age. “You realize that the Mystery School of Maitreya was called the Garden of Eden. All of the Ascended Masters’ endeavors and the schools of the Himalayas of the centuries have been to the end that this might occur from the etheric octave unto the phys­ical—that the Mystery School might once again receive the souls of Light who have gone forth therefrom, now who are ready to return, to submit, to bend the knee before the Cosmic Christ....Maitreya truly is more physical today than ever before since the Garden of Eden. For his with­drawal into higher octaves was due to the betrayal of the fallen angels and the acts of the fallen angels against Adam and Eve and others who were a part of that Mystery School. Thus, the long scenario of the fallen angels and their devilish prac­tices against the pure and the inno­cent have ensued. And one by one, each must come to the divine conclusion of the Return.
