The Mystery of the Indwelling Christ
And it came to pass at the end of seven days,
that the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto
the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and
give them warning from me.
When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely
die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the
wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked
man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at
thine hand.
Yet if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not
from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in
his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.
Again, When a righteous man doth turn from his
righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumblingblock
before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning,
he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he hath done
shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thine
hand.
Nevertheless if thou warn the righteous man,
that the righteous sin not, and he doth not sin, he shall surely
live, because he is warned; also thou hast delivered thy soul.
And the hand of the Lord was there upon me;
and he said unto me, Arise, go forth into the plain, nd I will
there talk with thee.
Then I arose, and went forth into the plain:
and, behold, the glory of the Lord stood there, as the glory which
I saw by the river of Chebar: and I fell on my face.

Beloved Who Would Know Him As He Is:
The Path of the Ruby Ray is the progressive initiation
of the soul into the mystery of the indwelling Christ. First perceived
as the Son of man, then recognized as the Son of God, the Christ
who was in Jesus must ultimately be understood as the common denominator
of every son and daughter of God. That which is seen in him must
be seen in thyself, O children of the Most High.
This is the transition from childhood to Sonship.
It is the point of Christ’s doctrine revealed in the Upper
Room to the disciples during forty days of communion which continued
until the hour of his ascension.
This point of doctrine is the crossroads where
many leave the Lord. As they did then, so do the multitudes today
who gather to be fed from the living vine but will not feed themselves
from their own vine and fig tree. Thus when he said to them, “Except
ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have
no life in you,” they departed from him and only the disciples
remained. Testing their souls—whether they, too, would misunderstand
the mystery of his doctrine—Jesus said to them, “Will
ye also go away?” Their answer was, “Lord, to whom
shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.” <1>
Once again the body of God in earth is divided.
Vast segments of Christendom are engaged in an idolatry of the
person Jesus, worshiping him instead of the Lord from heaven indwelling
in him and therefore in themselves. It is this conclusion of the
Logos—this logical transfer of the light from the one Son
who is to be brought captive to the many, and who is to bring
the many into the captivity of his Sonship—for which every
initiate of the Ruby Ray must assume full responsibility.
Then there are the idolaters of the self who
say they worship God where they are but know him not. These are
the worshipers of the ego, adding confusion to an already confused
idolatry. The latter are the carnally minded, unknowing followers
of the cult of Satan. But the former are the “good people”
who, by their mistranslated dependency upon the Son of man Jesus,
have failed to take the responsibility for the perils of a planet
through independence in Christ the Son of God.
The Ruby Ray is the path for devotees who would
walk the earth as Christ Jesus, who would love one another as
he has loved them, who would appropriate that mind which was in
him, who would be perfect as he was perfect. Abounding in good
works, these know the grace of the Lord.
Paul is the great Christian example of the chela
anointed by the Ascended Master Jesus into his path of Christhood.
He anointed him his messenger on the fifth ray of science, truth,
and healing. He sent him with his message of the mystery of salvation
to ‘Jew’ and ‘Gentile’. And Paul preached
the mystery of the indwelling Christ as “Christ in you,
the hope of glory.” Those who cannot, who will not, understand
this mystery will remain babes in Christ, if that. They cannot
follow in his footsteps to become bodhisattvas, World Saviours,
quickening spirits.
We come, then, with the full authority of our
office to challenge the false Christs and the false prophets who
teach the false doctrine of Antichrist. Moving in and among the
congregation of the righteous, they have made them, as they are,
the self-righteous. Teaching the holy scriptures by the spirits
of impostors, they have not the Holy Spirit nor the mantle of
the authority of the Word. And they shall perish by their own
pitiful, impoverished sense of his power and his glory.
In the name of the Lord’s anointed, we
preach to you the mystery of “Christ in you, the hope of
glory,” and we summon to the seminar of the World Teachers
the faithful and true students of the Word who have the courage
to be initiated by Jesus Christ as shepherds to the multitudes.
Consider, then, blessed sons and daughters, these
words of Paul enlightened by the Spirit:
“Christ in you, the hope of glory”
is this Christ Self, the pure Son of your own regenerate divinity.
This is the One by whom we preach, warning every man and teaching
every man in all his wisdom that we may present every man in his
own Christ Self, perfect, for the incoming to his temple of Christ
Jesus.
Your beloved Christ Self as the Mediator of your
I AM Presence is your hope that the glory of Christ Jesus might
come unto you by works, the sacred labor of heart, head, and hand
(good karma), and by grace (the transfer of light/energy/consciousness
by the initiation of the Guru). Paul confirmed his participation
in the reconciliation saying, “Whereunto—unto which
perfection, i.e., the perfection of my Christ Self—I also
labour, striving according to his working which he worketh in
me mightily.”
Paul, the initiated Son, made by Jesus Christ
a joint-heir with him, yet labored striving for the perfection
of the Christ even as that Christ Self performed his mighty works
through him. As this Son of man was one in his own Christ Self,
so he was one in Christ Jesus. The measure of the perfection of
his Christ Self which he outpictured day by day in his soul was
the same measure by which he received the portion of the divinity
of Christ Jesus. He knew that the ‘reconciliation’
process of Jew and Gentile is the “thorough change,”
or utter transmutation, by the Lord’s Spirit of the sinner
into the saint, the natural man into the spiritual. He taught
that this reconciliation of the soul with the Spirit of the I
AM Presence occurs through Christ crucified on the cross of Alpha
and Omega.
Now learn the real purpose and meaning of your
meditation upon the crucifix—the Son of man Jesus fastened
to the cross in life and in death. <2> Only through Christ
(your own Christ Self) crucified can your living soul be reconciled
unto the quickening Spirit. The crucifixion is the initiation
on the Path of the Ruby Ray whereby the Son of God within you
gives his light unto the Son of man. This Son of man then becomes—through
the resurrection, by Christ, of God within him—the fulness
of the Godhead dwelling bodily, soul by soul, in the whole body
of God upon earth.
Each time the initiation of the crucifixion is
reenacted, a living soul through Christ is reconciled to the Lord
from heaven. Salvation by his ‘blood’ is by the energy
of the Ruby Ray which flows to this hour freely from the sacred
heart of Jesus Christ, from the immaculate heart of Mary, from
the purple fiery heart of Saint Germain, from the hearts of all
of the saints in heaven, and, most importantly, from the heart
of your own blessed Christ Self as the distillation of your own
Threefold Flame.
Paul’s great revelation was of the mystery
of the body of God as the true inner Church—the Church Universal
and Triumphant. Stone upon stone, he beheld the Temple Beautiful
built from the lively stones—devotees become the living
Word by the demonstration of the way of personal Christhood.
Paul experienced directly the communion of the
saints in heaven and the saints in earth. He knew the saints in
heaven as “the saints in light.” Thus he accurately
described the ascended masters who appeared to him in their glorified
bodies. And he knew the saints in earth unascended, both in and
out of the body:
I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years
ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the
body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the
third heaven. And I knew such a man, (whether in the body, or
out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) how that he was
caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it
is not lawful for a man to utter. <3>
Paul gave thanks to the Father, Almighty God
individualized in his own beloved I AM Presence, who made us the
saints in ‘darkness’, bearers of the Karma in earth,
meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in ‘light’,
in heaven. This inheritance of the ascended masters is partaken
of by their chelas (the unascended disciples of Christ) as the
communion of the Lord’s body.
Every ascended master who has become the incarnate
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit through the intercession of the embodied
Lamb, holds the light of the Trinity as his own inheritance which
he then, by the authority of his own Sonship, transfers to the
disciples of Christ by the ritual of initiation. The inheritance
of each ascended master is laid up as his “treasures in
heaven.” It is the light of his cumulative Christ consciousness—the
net gain of pure thought and feeling, word and deed stored in
the great spheres (the many mansions) of his causal body.
This light is the ‘body and blood’
of Christ, the communion of the Lord, first delivered by him to
the ascended masters when they were yet unascended, now delivered
by them to his disciples. The ‘blood’ of Christ is
the Spirit of his Mind, Consciousness—Alpha (+); and his
‘body’ is the Energy and Light of his Word made manifest—Omega
( -). The Holy Spirit always manifests itself in this masculine/feminine
polarity of Alpha and Omega, Spirit/Matter, appearing to the apostles
as a flame with a cloven tongue, a flame individed as the two
in One.
The communion of the saints is the participation
of the quickening spirits in the assimilation of the Word of Christ—of
the Father in the Son, i.e., of the Beloved I AM Presence in the
Blessed Christ Self—as one body in heaven and in earth through
the Holy Ghost. It is the participation of ascended masters and
their unascended disciples in Christ, the Teacher (the Person,
the Embodiment of God, hence the Body), and in Christ, the Teaching
(the Principle, the Essence/Energy, hence the Blood).
I, the Ancient of Days, declare unto you that
whosoever shall deny this communion of saints is Antichrist and
hath neither the Body nor the Blood of Jesus. And whosoever shall
deny me shall be denied of Him, and whosoever shall deny the messenger
of my Word shall be denied of Him. “He that receiveth you
receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent
me . . . But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also
deny before my Father which is in heaven.” <4> And
they shall be cast into outer darkness (outside of the communion
of the Lamb with his saints) where there is weeping and gnashing
of teeth; for they have not come, therefore they shall not be
called to the marriage supper of the Lamb of which all the ascended
and unascended servant-sons are a part.
Let those who would remain within the hallowed
circle of the Guru and the chela cast off the outworn and outmoded
garments of the cults of Canaan and enter the Path of the Ruby
Ray as I, the Ancient of Days, empowered Jesus Christ to teach
it.
Let us return once again to the experience of
the Son of man Ezekiel who embodied the law of Self-transcendence
unto the house of Israel. He is the spiritual man who has superseded
the natural man through the crucifixion, and he bore in his body
the sins of Israel “three hundred and ninety days.”
All who take up the ruby cross to follow me daily in the way of
the regeneration must be willing to bear a portion of planetary
karma as well as personal karma. This you will do, my beloved,
as the saints have always done, through the violet transmuting
flame, the all-consuming fire of the Holy Ghost.
Note well, my beloved, the process—the
sacred ritual—of the Path of the Ruby Ray as its fiery coil
unwinds in the life of Ezekiel. Five hundred years before the
birth of the Messiah, Ezekiel was a priest, the son of Buzi, in
the land of the Chaldeans (Babylon). He was the priest who became
the prophet, and his commission to the whole house of Israel began
with the appearance of the I AM Presence and the Four Cosmic Forces.
Before his mission was accomplished, he
would himself experience the putting on of the four faces of Christ
which appeared to him. The Lord’s appearance to him is an
exercise of His free will to enter time and space in what modern
man would call an exception to the laws of material science. Certainly
this appearance would not be subject to empirical proof by material
science; but just as certainly it is wholly verifiable in the
empirical proof of spiritual science demonstrated daily by souls
who are of the light.
The Lord chose to reveal himself to Ezekiel as
the Creator, who had created all things for his pleasure, as the
Preserver, and as the terrible Destroyer. He showed himself as
the one Jehovah, at once the impersonal sacred fire, at once the
personal Presence walking and talking with him as friend, as teacher—as
God himself.
I was that God Presence unto Ezekiel. I gave
to him the commission as Watchman of the Word, and I AM here today
in the full fire of the Holy of Holies to consume all that opposes
the I AM THAT
I AM and to devour the enemies of the embodied Word. Thus unto
Ezekiel I set aside the natural law by which the natural man is
self-governed and self-limited, and I introduced to him the spiritual
law by which the spiritual man is always Self-governed and Self-liberated.
The living soul Ezekiel, a daring and devout
witness unto this Spirit/Matter phenomenon, responded to me with
the exercise of his free will. He accepted from me the Calling,
the Commission, and the Covenant—albeit, as he recorded,
“in bitterness, in the heat of my spirit.” Thus he
aptly described, though he did not fully understand, the alchemical
‘heat’ of transmutation, which was also noted by Peter
who witnessed “the elements” of the resistive, recalcitrant
human consciousness melting with “fervent heat”—sacred
fire of the Spirit.
And the bitterness in him was like John’s
experience after he took and ate “the little book”
handed to him as “a roll of a book” was handed to
Ezekiel by the angel of the Lord. The bitterness in the belly
(the solar-plexus chakra, seat of the desire body) is the alchemical
sign of the transmutation of human desire into God desire—a
prerequisite for all who would reenter the Mystery School.
During each succeeding ritual on the Path of
the Ruby Ray when there is a sudden acceleration of light in the
four lower bodies and a consequent sudden burning up of human
effluvia, for an instant, only an instant, the Son of man often
prays to the Ancient of Days in the words of Jesus: “Father,
if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not
my will, but thine, be done.” <5>
Directing my Presence through his own individual
I AM Presence, I steadied the soul of Ezekiel as he passed through
this fiery trial and he felt the strong hand of the Lord upon
him. And he sat by the river of Chebar, remaining among the children
of the captivity seven days “astonished,” the living
soul overshadowed by the Lord from heaven, in seven days absorbing
the seven rays of the Christ consciousness by the Lord’s
Spirit. This is the period of the eating of the flesh of the Christ
and the drinking of his blood. It is an interval of assimilation—the
assimilation of God consciousness for the work that the Lord is
to accomplish through the soul whom he anoints with sacred fire.
You, my beloved, will have many such intervals,
some in fasting, some in eating, some in quiescent meditation,
and some in the heat of action, carrying on the sacred labor of
the Word. These intervals are for the putting on of the ascension
coil, increment by increment, spiral by spiral. Each one is an
initiation clearly marked, individually designated for your soul.
A characteristic of the initiates on this path
is that they lose an objective awareness of the lesser self as
they become absorbed into the Greater Self and subject unto it.
Often their perceptions of the indwelling Light are nonexistent,
for they are at once within the center of its infolding sacred
fire and at once sharply aware, by contrast, of the elements of
personal karma in the process of melting in its all-consuming
flame, a fire white-hot unto the dissolution of worlds within
worlds.
While standing in the pillar of the Lord’s
fiery Presence, the erroneous and illusory beasts of planetary
karma loom large. And the Word of the initiates is as the Word
of the prophet. Like a fiery tongue, it lashes out to expose and
consume! expose and consume! expose and consume all unlike itself.
Indeed it is the Mother flame in defense of her children. To those
unacquainted with the phenomenon of the Son of man walking the
earth as the Lord from heaven, such manifestations appear eccentric,
egoistic, and altogether threatening to their sensual and sensorial
existence.
If you would receive the gift of prophecy from
the Holy Spirit, you must be willing to be like the prophets,
being lifted up by the Spirit and taken away by the wings of the
living creatures making the noise of the whirling T’ai chi,
and the wheels making the noise of turning vortices of light,
and the great rushing of the I AM THAT I AM within you.
If you would know the gift given to the prophets
now offered to the saints whereby you, my beloved, may become
the instruments of exhortation, judgment, exposure, as a true
teacher of the Teaching, then call for the initiations which I
gave to Ezekiel to be given unto you, step by step. And the fire
infolding itself will descend from the Ancient of Days, from Gautama
Buddha, from Lord Maitreya, Jesus Christ, through the twin flames
and twin causal bodies of our two witnesses, thence through your
own I AM Presence and Christ Self to be delivered to your soul
through the Threefold Flame, three Persons/Principles of
the Trinity burning on the altar of your heart.
